It was the most disastrous stay of my life. Been to many hotels but this is the utmost worst experience.
Upon reaching hotel, cannot deny that the lobby area seems welcoming. Reception area is clean and enticing.
Receptionist were extremely slow in their duties. Long line of customers in line for checking in but only 2 receptionist AND ONLY SERVING ONE CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF INDIVIDUAL PROVIDING SERVICE.
Rooms were extremely horrendous. Smell, dirty, unswept hair on the linen and floor. Room has an extremely unpleasant smell. Dusty tables and floor sofa. Toilets were slimy and rusty.
Hotel should not be listed as a property on any booking platforms.

The service is quite bad. The receptionists are very slow. My room was ready in 30mins. The room should be a non-smoking room but the room has strong smell of cigarette smoke.
I raised complaints and receptionist said they will give "treatment" by spraying some kind of anti-odor spray. They didn't even realize that there are residual ciggaretes in all of the furniture. I asked for another room and it was ready in around an hour after I called several times + coming right back to the receptionist directly.
The room itself looks like old hotel. It has dining table for 4, but only 2 chairs available, lol.
If you looking for avg-price hotel with so-so room and poor service, this may suit the category.

We came to Jakarta to watch a competition at the Indonesia Arena and stayed in this hotel from 23 to 26 Oct 2025.
I must say the photos from the website are very different from what we got… when we reached the lift lobby (no air-conditioning), there is a smell which I can't describe and its not pleasant. We stayed at the 8th floor and facing the main road, though the windows are closed, you can still hear the traffic.
Overall the apartment is not well maintained, we've killed many tiny roaches during our stay. The cabinets are old and does not close well at all. I can see stains on the bedsheets, sofa is not cleaned as well. The shower hose were dirty and so is the bath tub, they were so poorly maintained as you can see the rust. In the master bedroom toilet, the standing shower has got no nearby light thus making it to dark. All the sink has got no stopper, master bedroom sink tap is so loose that you have to use one hand to hold it down while trying to use it.
The only thing I can commend is the staff, they are all very friendly.
Overall, this is one of the worse hotel which I have ever stayed and will not be back again.
