The room is okay for the price. Its not dirty but its not super clean either. The only complain for me was there were a lot of mosquitoes at night. Maybe provide some autan? Idk. Service was okay I guess. If you want to explore senayan, this is probably the most affordable place you could get.

I had a reservation for several nights at Senayan Suites, but the experience was very disappointing from the beginning.
When I arrived, the reservation could not be paid through Booking, and when I tried to pay directly at the property, I was sent a payment link that looked unclear. I attempted payment with two different credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), and neither worked.
After spending quite some time trying to resolve the issue, the staff contacted the manager, who was not present at the property. The only response was that I had to pay immediately. I proposed a reasonable solution: to leave my belongings in the room, go out for dinner, and the next morning withdraw cash from an ATM to pay. They agreed to this.
However, when I returned from dinner, the situation changed completely. The security guard informed me that I could only enter the room accompanied, gave me a limited electricity key, and I was followed constantly inside the property.
This felt very uncomfortable and intimidating, making me feel as if I was untrustworthy or trying to avoid payment, which was quite upsetting.
I want to clarify that both the guard and the front desk staff were polite and professional, and I do not believe they were at fault. They simply did not have any decision-making power. The issue was clearly with the manager, who, despite not being present, made rigid decisions that were not customer-oriented at all.
