We recently had the pleasure of spending 5 days and 4 nights at this exceptional hotel, and I must say—it exceeded all my expectations. Although it's officially rated as a 4-star hotel, the level of service, hospitality, and attention to detail was truly on par with any 5-star experience I've ever had.
We had a blessed event Konvensi Injil Internation 2025 from STEMI, with more than 3800 participants, so that, RedTop Hotel is 1 from 5 accomodations that we used all the 3 level floor of the hotel rooms from 6th floor to 8th floor.
The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-arranged and turn-down service made the stay feel even more special.
What really stood out, though, was the service across the board. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. They provided excellent local recommendations, and always greeted me with a smile.
The hotel facilities—pool, gym, and spa—were all well-maintained and never overcrowded, allowing for a truly relaxing experience if we had sufficient time to enjoy all of that. 😊
In short, this hotel may be rated 4 stars, but the experience felt like a solid 5. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and will gladly recommend it to friends, family, and fellow travelers. The staff is outstanding. The location in Central Jakarta just north of the Monas is great. It is walkable for restaurants and coffee shops. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner all you can eat buffets. The pool is great and is long enough for lap swimming and the gym is fantastic and has everything you need. I would like to reiterate how great the staff is.

This is not the first time I stay in this hotel. My prefered spot in Jakarta. Excellent hotel, very well located. Many restaurants around. I enjoyed staying there for almost a week. Room very good. Very clean and great service. Thanks to the staff especially Dian at the housekeeping.

This hotel has seen better days. Im sure at one time it was very nice but those days are long ago. AC was barely able to keep the room cool. The provided refrigerator was not working. I would not recommend staying here.

An affordable 4* hotel located near Government offices, with plentiful facilities for MICE but not for shopping enthusiast.

This hotel has a classic, well-kept look, and the meeting rooms are decent. The sound system works fine, and there are enough microphones. Unfortunately, the ballroom isn’t soundproofed, and the noise was very disruptive to our event. It would help if they upgraded the walls to improve sound insulation.
Rooms are basic but acceptable, and the food is good. However, restaurant service was disappointing, especially in a country as diverse as ours. Our group, representing a respected institution in Indonesia, was turned away from breakfast because we wore traditional attire like sarongs and caps—even though we dressed appropriately in every other way. If this is the policy, it would have been better if they told us upfront, so we could have chosen a different hotel.
The doorman and cleaning staff were friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. But the restaurant service wasn’t responsive when it came to managing dining areas. For breakfast, some of us were sent to a separate corner with a very limited menu, missing a full breakfast selection. At lunch, we had food set up near our event ballroom, but without staff to supervise. This led to guests from another group accidentally dining in our area. Proper oversight would have easily avoided this.
The most serious issue was the delayed check-in.

Overall it was nice experience because all the services are top tier. The workers always give you smile and always be ready to answer your question. They also give you someway to rent the car to do trip in the city. The food are also nice. Thank you Dian housekeeping for keeping my room neat and clean ❤️

I had marvelous experience at the Red Top Hotel. The rooms were great, the staff were the most friendly and professional people. It was a pleasure to stay here. The restaurant was great and especially the staff who always made our time relaxing and comfortable. I can recommend the Red Top Hotel as a great place to stay in Jakarta.

Check in was smooth, staff was excellent and location is great with lots of Food choices.
Breakfast can be better with some effort.

It’s a good hotel just in the middle of the city to explore everything. The hotel has a good reception, the buffet was amazing. There is an ATM machine in the building. And a Starbucks just besides. The room is spacious and modern. Overall it’s a good stay. My favorite hotel for future visits.

Nice 4 star hotel, but I got late to take breakfast at 9am and just have to eat leftover food, so sad.

Room is not great but the service at the restaurant is superb.

I had wonder full time at hotel redtop jakarta the alocation is convenient an easy to acces s public transportation the room was comfortable and well maintaned and staff are friendky mostly ms lilis will back again best service overall amazing till meet again m.

Good location in jakarta, stay 2 night with deluxe room, very comfy for the room, the smell was good, all staff excellent service, checkin time very fast with a good explaination for facilities, we'll back soon to redtop hotels, thanks for reception mrs syifa and halim. For a good smile.
