For the owner,
I have booked a reservation today and supposed to normally check in at 2 in the afternoon, but instead I checked in at 9 P. M and your team said my room is not ready because someone is still using the room and just checked out!
I need to wait for 15 — 30 minutes to get into the room without any compensation?! THE ROOM SUPPOSED TO BE CLEAR FOR MY STAY AT EXACTLY 2 P. M. JUST LIKE WHAT YOU HAVE REGULATED IT ON YOUR CHECK IN POLICY!
So unprofessional, for those seeing this review, please be aware on how this hotel run and treat their customer.
