This is my 2nd times in this hotel. It's a very nice and comfy place for stay, especially it's near to Kuningan City, where I will do biometric for my visa. The room is clean, friendly staff and the breakfast is very good. Recommended place for stay 👍👍

Have bad experience especially during check in process. The receptionist were nowhere near friendly. The room was hot.

Great Hotel been going there 7 years always enjoy 2 or 3 nights at the end of my vacation.

I couldn't find zero else I would have given the same. This kinda hotel just tarnish the name of good hotels out there. There is no good service at all and totally inconsistent support from management over any issue. There is no well planning done towards customer satisfaction and all that they do within a day is to simply arrange room where as they never do that either properly. Better go for other hotels when visiting Jakarta and avoid this one.

The worst hotel I ever visit. Room is not clean enough, there is no integrity access from parking line to lobby, there is no wheelchair access, receptionist person is not friendly including all personnel in the restorant. Parking basement is not fully free, customers must pay once 10K RP, this hotel is not worth it to get 5 star hotel. Good person only bell boy, security, and personnel at 33rd floor.

I was staying with my friend here. It was a really nice hotel, great swimming pool, great location. The bathroom has a tub. It is very luxury. They even provide free shoes polish. In the morning, the buffet is really delicious, there are so many variable kind of food. Great service.

The lobby looks modern but the room is a bit too simple for me. The food is nice with some variety of cuisines. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Parking area at the basement is to dark, you've to use stairs to go the lobby. The front office staff is not friendly at all. The lift card reader definitely needs a replacement. Room quite spacious though it's to dark, amenities is outdated, the spring bed is not comfort at all, cleanliness should be improved. Wi-Fi works pretty okay, but you'll have to re-sign in every time you went out and get back into your room. Bathroom floor is slippery, towel need to be discarded. Food variety and quality absolutely should be improved. And I don't agree that this is a 5 star hotel. I definitely will not coming back to this hotel.

Manhattan hotel located at strategic cbd area in kuningan south Jakarta, plenty meeting rooms, nice staff.

It's an old hotel, definitely not 5 star as advertised. AC in rooms don't work well, there are cockroaches and other bugs, shower tubs flood within 2 minutes and the elevators are struggle to use as the card reader does not work. I also came across some spoiled fruit at their breakfast. I called in the night before arriving and was hung up on 3 times between transfers after which someone told me I can check in at any time (asked specifically for 11). I came in at 11 and was told hotel was full and I would have to wait until 2pm. Has the potential to be nice hotel but just not well kept.

Would have given 5 stars if not for the pest problem. They compensate us by moving our room. Should have done the pest control regularly.

I recommended this hotel to my sister's family in Singapore. My first reason that I had was that this hotel considered a new hotel in town and has a strategic location. It was completely wrong. When my sister's family checked in, they found that the room was so small. Reception staff were so rude. Many cockroaches all over the place (room). Its not safe to keep or put some food. We have tried to put some food on the desk, the next minutes we're back, there were few cockroaches came to the food. Toilet floor is slippery, The desk did not have a drawer (what a joke. ), Furniture looks old. The price is not worth compared to what we had. Such a shame that I have recommended this hotel to my sister.

Its acceptable for pool and food, except : no lift from basement to lobby, the bed is not tidy looks like they dont change the bed linen with the new one when prepare the room, TV chanel really not reflected the hotel star rate. Wifi not relyable, towel smell is bad, bath sanitary not complete.

Great hotel but has a strange policy of parking. When I drop to see my colleague and park for around and hour, if I silent they will give me free parking/ no cost. But if I mention my colleague room in order to get parking privilege… they charge me IDR 10k.

Good, clean, very good price for value. Very nice view from window. Perfect location! In center of Jakarta, very near from 2 shopping malls. Different kinds of cuisines, Chinese, Indian, Indonesian and International.

The location is very good, walking distance to Kuningan mall. Chiputra mall and also ambassador mall. The staff very friendly. However the hotel itself inside very outdated needs major renovations. The curtains were dusty, the towels I have seen better in 3 stars hotels. The worst was the toilet. I had to hold it down for a few seconds before it could flush.

Very unpleasant view from the window, I think so you can enjoy and for a smaller amount.

Accompanying my husband on business trip, book 4 days in this hotel. First night spent in 2105 a minumum temperature 24c, it's too hot for us, ask to change room. Than the new room, 2215, got lots of cockroaches. Awful. Need to ask to change room again. Tired of pack and unpacking already. Hoping the next two days will be better. For the staff, bellboys, housekeeping, room service all nice. The only team I felt rude is the receptionist. They need to be train on how to handling guess. Not talking to each other while guess standing and waiting for the card key being renew (they tend to not working out easily). Location is good.

Awesome place for Indians, especially vegetarians. All the three restaurants offer vegetarian food-Indian, Chinese and continental. Even buffet breakfast has at least one or two vegetarian options apart from breads, fruits, salads… Hotel is good. Decors are nice. Staff courteous. Internet speed decent. Associated with taxi rentals and taxi drop service providers. Overall a good hotel to stay.

Bad cleanliness and hygiene. Cockroaches walking around at the top floor bar and in the rooms, acrid smell in the rooms and moldy bathrooms. Definitely NOT recommended.

One of the hotels that is often used for meetings from the food offices here is diverse but less sophisticated enough luxurious facilities towering towering buildings and a pool that is not very comfortable because it is adjacent to another building Another office building that is likely to swim will be clearly visible.

A nice and comfy hotel in the city, located nearby shopping centers and mall, easy access to public transport, has great restaurants inside the hotel too. It has a floor dedicated for ladies. And a nice swimming pool. Helpful staff, great service, great prices too. Recommended.

Good hotel in general. In detail, a few things to improve: cleanliness a fair bit, aging bedding. But excellent value for money. And good choice of restaurant inside the hotel.

I did not have pleasant experience here.
My company booked 15+ rooms for 5 days + meeting packages + ballroom for event on Thursday. From the beginning, the experience was not very customer centered:
— we got quotations for the bookings and the meeting packages and ballroom use + fnb for 100 pax, we signed it. Then they said there's a miscalculation and they gave us new quotation …
— some of our guests checked in around 3pm on Sunday, was kept waiting and no extra effort to compensate for the wait.
— one guest had to cancel and we reallocated the room we have paid to someone else, the front office made us wait for more than 30 minutes saying that they can't give us the room because it was under someone else's name
— there were 3 blackouts on Monday, and one of them lasted for more than 10 minutes. We were having training, no extra effort was done to console this inconvenience
— Wi-Fi was so much worse then my Indihome connection at home
— today, I ordered dinner at their lobby restaurants for my guests and paid with my card. I went to my room to rest as it was a long day for me and I wasn't feeling well. 30 minutes later when I was half asleep, the waiter from the restaurant came and said that there was an item I haven't paid and it was due to their mistake, the food came from another restaurant on different floor and the system wasn't connected. I said, do I have to pay immediately, I was informed he only needed my signature.

One of the best hotel in town! Awesome choices of food including Indian & Chinese food! and great hospitality! Highly recommended for business travelers!

Nice and luxurious with rooftop pool in a pretty horrible town. By taxi to do 500 meters from the hotel about an hour. Better walk.

Just double check the photo doesn't really picture the reality, have a lot of better deals better rooms with their price, the staffs don't have consideration, only bell boy who knows how to deal with customer, even MOD who I have been told was not working on Sunday and apparently he is the manager after the bell boy drag him to me (confusing? yes me too! ), the room is filthy and I booked two room
With description the booking is including 4 kids but we have separate rooms, no connecting room for my kids, ridicilous, my kids room has cockroach and the carpet is due for update, god I would never recommend anyone for this hotel, you better booked Fraser or any other apartement with the same price but better on everything.

I really enjoyed staying at Manhattan Hotel. Staff are friendly, smiling, rooms are clean but the design of the bed was'nt the perfect due to edge coming out from bed which makes it easy to hit that edge with your legs while you are walking. Breakfast is excellent and food is tasty and buffet selection was taking in consideration all kind of culture customers.

Big space. I love the bed. So wide. The bathub have city view. The breakfast is good n have many choices. The staff are friendly. Cozy place to spend ur time.

This Hotel has a really good location. It is in the near of a lots of malls, embassy, bars, etc. I was really satisfied. The Bathroom was not so clean enough. The Wirlpool seems like something that had not been cleaned up regulary. They have to fix the air conditioner because it didn't work anymore! The Room must be renewed! The Wallpapers didn't look good anymore! The Breakfast war really terrible! The Chef could not cook. It tasted like nothing and was not so really fresh. The bell boy was really nice. But the other personal wasn't really so friendly.

Excellent stay for me and my 2 partners. Partners opted for rooms in Smoking Floor and me on on Non Smoking. Excellent Food, Courteous Staff, Good Ambiance summed up a beautiful stay for visit for Professional Assignment.

Near center of the city and shopping malls. Easy to find public transport. Cozy room, but need some improvement or small renovation. Delicious breakfast. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I left my phone charger once. Called back to hotel, and confirmed that they keep it at their lost & found dept. So, took the charger on my way back to airport. Thanks a lot for that. :)
