Manhattan Hotel Jakarta

Stayed here for some days for a business trip. Great location at the center, and walking distance to several office buildings and several major shopping centres, which is very helpful, since the street is one of the busy ones. Check in and checkout process quite fast. Restaurant is not too big, but have good selection of Indonesian, Western, and Asian food, with indoor and outdoor area available. Staff are helpful, and friendly. And they have a children area which I think would be great for families with kids.

For a little extra we got a 60 sqm suite, which offers a nice view over Jakarta through big windows on two sides.
Breakfast has one of the biggest selections I've seen in any 5 star hotel, organized in stations by country / world region — anyone from any country should be very happy here.
Staff was very helpful and professional. And super friendly, because this is Indonesia.
Pool a little small, but huge gym area.

We got an upgrade to a corner room which was really huge and more like a suite with microwave oven, large luxurious bathroom, etc. In general we really liked this hotel most importantly because of it;s fantastic location with 5 great shopping malls just a few minutes walk away and the exceptionally good breakfast. There is also an Indian restaurant on the 35th floor with a terrace that offers stunning views of Jakarta.
The feeling though is that this is more of a 4 star hotel than a 5 star hotel. The rooms feel worn out and in my opinion in need of a big renovation. The long curtains were all dirty and stained. The air conditioning was borderline acceptable. The TV wasn't working so they immediately replaced it with a smart TV, the toilet was blocked and then suddenly through up a fountain of water when flushed, afterwhich it worked fine, the bathtub took more than an hour to fill up.
On the positive side, the staff were all absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, better than many other hotels of the same standard. The bed was comfortable and the views from our room on the 11th floor were wonderful, even from lying on the bed.
However, because of the excellent location, great breakfast, Indian restaurant upstairs and brilliant location to several shopping malls, we would happily stay here again, and probably will in the not too distant future.

A memorable trip to Jakarta. The brekafast buffet spread was awesome. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. My family have a great time here. Easy walk to shopping mall next door. Swimming pool is good. Room is spacious. Hotel lobby smells good.

Nice hotel, nice room and nice service…

This is my 2nd times in this hotel. It's a very nice and comfy place for stay, especially it's near to Kuningan City, where I will do biometric for my visa. The room is clean, friendly staff and the breakfast is very good. Recommended place for stay 👍👍

Have bad experience especially during check in process. The receptionist were nowhere near friendly. The room was hot.

Great Hotel been going there 7 years always enjoy 2 or 3 nights at the end of my vacation.
