Had a great stay at this hotel! Staff were helpful and accomplished when I requested a change of room. Breakfast had a decent spread with an egg station, nasi station and a noodle station Only complain is that some of the rooms have really bad reception/data due to the layout of the building. But I would still come back here again given the opportunity due to the great location!

High recommended. Should give 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to ur staffs… very kind and helping. Clean room. Delicious breakfast. Nice view from my room … beautiful landscape. We're really love to stay here and will come again later. Hopefully ur will maintain this good service…

Im completely enjoying this hotel. Tapi di hari saya menginap mungkin kurang koordinasi jadi sarapan di menunya banyak yang kosong. Beruntung segera diisi tapi makanan bervariasi dan memuaskan lah. Kamar juga nyaman, tapi di lantai 8 lebih luas. Harga kamar juga murah. So far, my favourite hotel for sleeping.

Budget hotel in the center of the mall. Hotel is in the center of your need. Easy for every thing you need from here. There is reguler bus to Airport, lots of shopping stores, restaurants, moneychangers etc etc. Breakfast is just fine. Towels are goods. May they also provide small hot water boiler in the room. No coffee or tea in the room. Bathroom shower is clean. Overall is good to me.

There's not much to complain about. Breakfast was a good IBIS breakfast. The room what clean. Only the toilet is not suitable for very large people (from 1, 85m). Even the pool had too. Therefore, only 4 out of 5 stars.

Hotel Ibis Style Mangga Dua is the best place for me and my Son when we spend time 3 days at Jakarta. The staff are so nice, they are is Julian, Dhea, Alfian and Nugroho and etc. Thank you to helping. See you in the next traveling. Gbu.

Nice food for breakfast, first time trying nasi liwet! Julian was very attentive and asked several times if he there was anything we needed. Keep up the good service!

Quiet a cozy place for your rest, you can easily find some convinience stores around and also a mall.

Very nice and comfortable hotel for me to spend my 3 months in Indonesia. A special mention to Ms. Wita who's the housekeeper for today. A job well done on keeping my room clean and organized. Plus points for her friendly attitude.

I stayed two nights in a room with twin bed. The space is enough for two person. Breakfast menu is various, tasty and they have Nescafe coffee machine ♥ Blue bird taxi always available in front of the hotel. Holland bakery and Familymart in between are helpful.

Great ambience and friendly staff. Although I only stay one night in this hotel, the experience was great. Best value for money for its location that close to mangga dua square, also the ambience is great. The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast menu was delicious and has a good range of variety. The staffs all friendly, specially for Mr. Julian, he gave us a good information that we need about nearby places to visit while we were here. Thank you and keep up the good work.

A playful hotel Near Ancol Jakarta! Hotel yang terintergrasi dengan Mall Mangga Dua Square ini memang sangat Playful! Full of beautiful artworks, dari kita masuk ke lobby hingga di room banyak sekali artwork yang sangat colorful yang cocok banget dijadikan backround foto hehe, Fasilitas hotel lengkap, Mushola, Gym hingga Spa. Pelayanan staff hotel sangat amat amat ramah, kamar hotel sangat nyaman, Breakfast lumayan lengkap dengan banyak variant pilihan menu makanan dan rasanya sangat enak. Hotel sangat dekat dengan beberapa landmark di Jakarta Seperti kawasan Mangga Dua dan Ancol (Dufan, Sea World) Oh ya hotel ini pun menyediakan playground untuk anak2, sangat cocok untuk family stay! Kita berdua hanya mengeluhkan tidak adanya keran di kamar mandi jadi harus ber-wudhu dengan shower, it is a little thing sih tapi lumayan menjadi konsen kita, hanya itu dan tidak ada celah kekurangan lain di hotel ini. highly recommended 

I love the location. Near mangga dua area, the best place for shopping. Lots of food around hotel. You also get the free access to swimming pool on Novotel. It is the olympic size pool, so big and nice. They also have the pool for kids and kids club (for free). Good price with good service and facilities.

— Shower is bad. Hot water is not hot at all. — Aircon is noisy and sometimes malfunction (went off and no response when we try to turn on by the remote) — Breakfast is ok — Service is ok — My car was parked outside the hotel and hit by a drunk driver. It's not the hotel's fault, just to remind the guests: park your car in basement!

The location is very good considering the drive to the Jakarta expo is nearby. The hospitality in Ibis Styles is very good as well! Comfortable bed as well. Julian from the restaurant was also friendly and informative for us travellers.

Not a bad place. But definitely needs improvement.

Food quality is good though they don't have any salad option for breakfast. But as I approach Julian from the restaurant offered us and assisted us to have at least have a rommaine lettuce for our sandwiches. As well as with our other concern, he expanded help. His service made our stay superb and outstanding. Anyone should look for Julian's warm service on the restaurant concerns and even on tourism concern. Thank you very much for a job well done! Keep it up! ☺

There's some sort of (human? ) hair sticking on the wall, I thought it will be removed the next day but it's still there until my check-out day. Do they really clean my room? The bed sheet also made my body felt itchy and the bathroom light can be changed to a brighter one. Other than those, I don't have anything to complain about. Good locations and deals.

Location of Amaris Hotel Mangga Dua Squre is strategic, it so close to train station and shopping centre. For the rooms, it very great and comfortable with a beautiful scene. And services really good, quick respond and friendly. Thanks.

Riska from F & B Her service is very friendly and professional, making guests feel very welcome. Recently, maybe becuase more customers, the variety of food is much better. The room is always very clean and housekeeping service is good. Reception is alaways very friendly too.

Very Great experience stay at ibis style hotel. Very Clean and peaceful all the staff very professional. Staff at the reception is exceptional and very fast action and polite. The food very nice n good taste, all the waiter n waitress very friendly n fast respond especialy eric, julian and team. Would recommend it to anyone. See u people soo.

The rooms were fine but the breakfest was chaotic. The location was good.

Clean hotel Cozy place The room is very comfortable to rest The breakfast food is delicious The facility is good I often stay here for business reason or family trip.

Stayed here 1 night for a training. Check in process was very fast, and my room was ready on 10.00. Front office also helped me to get free parking ticket for my car. I give 9/10 for front office job, they were really helping. Room was very basic, looks older than it should be. Wall color was dull, and looks dirty. Air con was strong enough to lower the room temperature. But one thing I really loved is the bed. Bed was very comfortable, not too hard or too soft. We can still hear people walking or talking, but it was not annoying as other people said on review. I give 7/10 for room, mostly for the bed. The most dissapointment was bathroom. Toilet flush was broken, I called the technisian and he repaired the flush, but it didn't fixed 100% as it should be. Shower was very difficult to manage the water flow and temperature, and never reach the temperature I wanted. Liquid shoap and shampoo was available in dirty dispenser. I give 4/10 for bathroom, it was the waekest point of this hotel. Finally the food. Breakfast was blant and not delicious, but strangely lunch and brunch (for training participants) was satisfying. I give 6/10 for food section, they have to improve the food quality. I can only give 6, 5/10 for this hotel globally. There are 3 other hotels in Mangga dua square area, Amaris is currently the cheapest among others but should modernize and improve the room maintenance to stand tall against competitors.

Average hotel and near shopping center … small rooms but good taste of foods. Above this hotel you'll find electronics goods market ever and culinary istal.

Affordable. Clean. But the toilet door broken, and its noisy inside the room, u can hear other people sound echoed on your room. Food is just ok, but I wont recomend it.

+ Location is good in the center of Jakarta. Rooms are ok, do not understand the too small toilet in the room (standard room). Apart from the toiletm the room was OK en bed very good. Wifi reception in the room was fine, speed average. — Breakfast was boring, no fantasy. I expect something better in Indonesia, not enough taste. Not many choice (a similar priced *** hotel of another chain in Malang had 5 times more choice with better quality). — Dinner was boring as well. Had dinner there once for convenience but take a few steps to the mall next door or find a real restaurant. — Hotel is on the 8th floor. The club on the 3rd can be heard in the room (boom boom bass). We were in Ibis Styles in a weekend.

Hampir 3mgu dsna. Pelayanannya memuaskan. Kebersihan hotel sdh lumayan baik. Harga terjangkau Dbanding hotel yg Seharga dan sekelasnya.

Very clean and well set, Food was pretty good, Friendly and helpfull staff. The hotel is part of the mall which means shopping just got easier. All in all this is a really comfortable place to stay.

Good only for the price and location. In some room its quite difficult havijg a cellphone signals. And sometimes the noise from outside somehow gets into the room.
