I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Mulia for two weeks, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish.
As a five-star hotel, it absolutely lives up to its reputation. The rooms are incredibly spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day. What stood out the most, however, was the staff—every single member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The facilities are outstanding. The fitness center is large and well-equipped, and the spa offers a relaxing and luxurious experience. I also had the chance to visit the newly opened restaurant, and I was very impressed. The Korean cuisine, in particular, was excellent—authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
One of my favorite spots in the hotel was the lounge on the 38th floor. It has a truly luxurious atmosphere, and the view is simply breathtaking. Overlooking the city and the Senayan Golf Course, it’s the perfect place to unwind and take in the scenery.
There are so many more great things I could say about this hotel, but overall, my stay was nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend Hotel Mulia to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. I will definitely be coming back.

This is a heartfelt message to all the staff who continuously served us extremely exquisitely since 2023 n–2025. We've been to many places, other 5 stars hotel, and yet nothing leaves us in awe day after day, occasion after ocassion, simply unforgettable and makes me very content with how everything is handled here. Customer service is top notch, our family was handled with so much care and personalization. They pay attention to how we put our water bottle, how we make up our beds, how we put our towel, all the details are just unmatched, leaving us feeling heard and seen. Each decoration, activity, is very well thought out. Music they played, extremely pleasant to listen to, each staff handles us like we're their family, and we also notice each staff seem to look after each other, amazing scene to see!
Mulia senayan has been our top priority list whenever we have to stay in Jakarta, has been what our family been waiting each year for a stay. And we hope all the staff, people who helped and entertained us remained happy and continue showing others how amazing this hotel has always been to their customers, especially us. Simply outstanding, if I could rate more than 5, this hotel definitely stays beyond!
And not to mention, amazing amazing breakfast at The Cafe and we love love love Table8, best one in town! we hope we can visit and stay longer anytime this year in 2026 and re-create all the beautiful moments we have here. God bless you all 🙏🏼

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it's an older building, it is clear that they maintain it exceptionally well.
The service was the true highlight of my visit. The staff were amazing—incredibly welcoming, fast, and efficient. They were also very proactive, frequently taking the initiative to ask what we needed before we even had to ask.
The snacks provided were very nice; I particularly enjoyed the macaroni and the ronde.
For dinner, the presentation of the food was beautiful. However, the taste itself was not as special as I had expected and left me hoping for a bit more.

I stayed at Hotel Mulia for my birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Every single staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. You can really tell that the team is very well-trained and genuinely dedicated to providing the best service.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the hotel Mulia in Senayan, Central Jakarta, for a 2-night, 3-day business event — and all I can say is wow. This was my first time staying at a five-star hotel in Jakarta, and the experience has left me completely speechless.
From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was met with an atmosphere of elegance, warmth, and precision that I’ve never encountered before. The service, the staff, the rooms, the food, the facilities — every single element was flawless. What truly took my breath away, however, was the harmony and coordination among the staff. Watching the team work together with such professionalism, care, and attention to detail was like watching poetry in motion.
To every staff member at Mulia: thank you. Thank you for your unwavering kindness, impeccable service, and for setting the gold standard for what true hospitality should be. This experience has etched itself in my memory as one of the most extraordinary of my life.

I had an exceptional stay at Mulia Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, very helpful and attentive to every detail, especially Irene the Sales Director. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered a stunning view. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the luxurious bathroom amenities. The dining experience was also top-notch — the breakfast selection was incredible and the service impeccable. It was truly a relaxing and memorable experience. I would highly recommend Mulia Hotel to anyone seeking comfort, elegance, and outstanding hospitality, and of course close to the GBK Stadium ❤️❤️

I recently stayed at the Mulia Hotel and had an extremely unpleasant and shocking experience.
After using the fitness center, I entered the women’s shower area. There, a male staff member unexpectedly entered, leaving me feeling extremely shocked and uncomfortable. I was too stunned to react or even scream, and I couldn’t understand what was happening.
Moreover, the staff member did not apologize or provide any appropriate response. When I discussed the issue with the hotel manager, they dismissed my concern, saying they didn’t know who entered and failed to take any action. They also mentioned that I would need to bring in the police to review the CCTV footage, and refused to address the situation further. This response was very disappointing.
This hotel should inform customers in advance that male staff may enter the women’s shower area for cleaning purposes. To prevent such unpleasant experiences, the hotel must respect customer privacy and ensure that clear warnings are provided when staff members are entering.
This experience made me feel incredibly unsafe and uncomfortable, and the hotel’s lack of proper handling of the issue was even more disappointing. If anyone is considering staying at this hotel, I urge you to be aware that at this hotel, you cannot expect any kind of assistance or resolution if something goes wrong.

It's a nice hotel with great service but the rooms are dated.
There are no outlets next to the bed to plug in a phone or tablet. Luckily I still carry a small extension cord as the closet outlet was about 8 feet away.
The chair at the the desk is uncomfortable for long periods of time.
The biggest let down was the A/C. I like the room at a low temperature to sleep and a warmer temperature when I am working. The A/C unit takes forever to warm or cool the room. My colleague had the same issue in his room.
The breakfast buffet is very good. The only thing missing is fresh fruit. The only fruit that is set out is canned peaches and pineapple.

My husband and I had an amazing stay in the hotel. The room was spacious and luxurious and most importantly, spotless.
The thing that stood out the most, however, were the staff who were amazing, from the ones greeting us at the door and reception staff to the ones in the restaurant as well as the housekeeping team. They were courteous, friendly and helpful. I did find one of the concierges quite curt, dismissive and not at all helpful when I asked him a question so I avoided interacting with the team altogether for the rest of my stay. Saying that, we don't want the attitude of one person to detract from the fantastic service we received from the rest of the staff, hence my score.
Breakfast was great as well with ample choices to satisfy any cravings and taste buds.
The hotel's location is very convenient as well as it's close to several malls/shopping centre.
All in all, we had an fabulous stay and would definitely stay there again the next time we're in the city and won't hesitate to recommend the hotel.

The breakfast is the best I ever had I have had some…). Such an abundance of quality food. Huge buffet with stations. Asian as well as Western food. Take at least an hour and come hungry.
Would be good if the treadmill in the gym had a dumplings counter!

What a wonderful hotel! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and special. The staff were friendly, attentive without being intrusive and did everything to ensure our stay was the best it could be. The surroundings in the hotel were amazing, truly luxurious. Our room was sizeable, clean and with possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in when in a hotel. I could not recommend this hotel any more highly.
There is a good choice of places to eat, and in my short stay I managed only a half of them. The food was excellent, the ambience relaxing and the staff couldn't have gone out of their way any more to make sure dietary requirements were met.
The hotel gym was the equal of the best fitness centres I've ever been in, if not better.

Outstanding service and hospitality. The staff were very kind and helpful. Surprisingly they recognized us even though our last stay was 12 years ago. The food quality was very good and tasty. The bed was extremely comfortable. The conference room was set exactly as expected. Highly recommended!

The gym facilities are very complete for indoor activities. While location is close to sport center and GBK for outdoor activities. The pool is also great.
