I like the facilities provided by the hotel. I would like to compliment the hotel on providing a hot & cold water dispenser in the room. It is an excellent idea for taking care of our environment. I can imagine the thousands of plastic bottles that Kristal Hotel has saved over the years. Congratulations of providing this facility to your room guests.

It's not new but keep in good shape and well maintained. Apartment type hotel for short and long stay. Satu lagi bar is quite popular among expats. Food in restaurant is actually quite good. My company did a few events in their meeting rooms. Friendly staffs and good location.

Spacious room, it fits for family vacation. Very helpful staff. Free-form pool is large, but a little bit dirty during our 1-week staying.

Stayed here for a few nights in the two bedroom unit, which is very spacious. Room was very clean and well kept even though this hotel has been around for a while. Overall everything worked well, we even got a washing machine/dryer in the room. The bathroom was well designed, water pressure on the shower was very good. Pool and playground area is awesome for the kids. Very recommended!

Bedroom is very spacious, the bed is really comfortable, clean, and it have small kitchen. Swimming pool also nice and clean. The food from dinner buffet is not too vary but okay for 185K (incl discount 20%) but not include beverages. From the buffet fried rice and fried noodle is not good enough, very dry and bland. The pastry and sushi is quite good. Staff are polite and friendly. From my stay, I love the room and pool but for the foods, just average.

The room is so big, wonderful and very comfy nice restaurant service. The foods are delicious and so many choices. They have polite staffs too. I have a great experience to stay here and definately looking for another.

Check-in 5th 4 Nights towels will only be recovered but from no supplies back to the next one thought the house will have a new but every day back to the hotel are disappointed … and the bathtub plug left for a few days no one after every shower, there's a big jar of water. The rooms are both old but comfortable because of the real space, three rooms, dining room, open kitchen terrace, but no. The landscape is still OK for a sum of money 4 people stay a few flat. Location on the comparison of my convenience around no good wild do a small have to ask hero both supermarkets have to ride advice such as self-driving tour will be more convenient if no car is strongly recommended that Uber really flat over the taxi if there is traffic congestion taxi fares are not estimated.

Spending our long weekend, we get all the fun and happy from check in until check out. Friendly and helpful staffs. Strategic location. Gorgeous pool with great views. Room with balcony with pool view also make us comfortable spending our days. Even the corridor look so old, but overall still best hotel for family holiday.

This hotel have a good security system, good Wi-Fi, good room, but have expensive price for breakfast.

Hotel service & facilities are nice. Room is very clean and staffs are helpful and friendly. However a few areas can be improved as in dining experience, technically the food quality. The breakfast, some of the foods are reheated from maybe previous day? it tasted funny especially the fried rice, which the texture is like hard plastic.

Cozy, comfortable and very good for all kinds of gatherings. Staffs are friendly and very kin d. Rooms are reasonable compared to the room rates. Suites are all good but studio type looks a little bit small. Recommendable for long-term stay. Excellent for the gatheri gs.

Loved almost all aspects of this place. The rooms, restuarants, Satu Lagi bar, pool, ambience, service etc.

I wonder when and why exactly this hotel started to operate. I just know there is a cozy and elegant hotel in area between pondok indah and fatmawati, bcos the building is really old fashioned style. When I enter the hotel area, I feel like I have much money and a bit proud for having time in this hotel. Funny, silly.

Good place to unwind with a few friends. Decent pub food. Not usually very busy. Friday night bands are usually pretty good.

Golders hotel this hotel is very valuable for payment althought location hotel is little far away from center jakarta, around this hotel also have huge shoppingall and nearby tol gate. And this hotel have good swimming pool so you can enjoy and relax your time. Furthermore you can enjoy light breakfast at clean restaurant. The best is you can get the room that most big room in jakarta hotel I think and enough clean with kichen at your room. But you have to check include breakfast before booking.

The best in south jakarta, swimming pool is fresh, sauna and delicious bfast. 1 more, King koil super bed help you to sleep tight and wake up like a tiger.

This place was a great hotel because of the services like the swimming pool and the restaurant. The restaurant here have some variatife and delicious foods when the pool was really clear.

Great place to stay in south jakarta. At least if u want to stay far away from bussiness crowded activities of jakarta, let spend your night here!

Located in Terogong Fatmawati, near Hero Supermarket. Been here for overtime work with clients and co-worker. The price is quite affordable since it was only Rp 1.5m for 3 bedrooms, kitchen (with any cooking tools inc microwave and dispenser), living room, and dining area. More than enough.

Love it… love room. And love service.

Actually I came to see my friend's gig here at their bar beside the hotel. I got suprised the crowd is full of foreigner. For the sight, what you expect else beside a cozy table, warmth bartender and waiters, good drink, and for the last ia good music. Please come to see my friend performance every friday night guys.

This review is not related to the hotel rooms, but the other facilities. Swimming pool: wide, clean, with a very nice terrace. Service sometimes needs to be pushed a little, although very friendly. Furniture needs maintenance. Gym: very complete, big enough, there will always be equipment available. Friendly staff. Maintenance should be improved. Some equipment stays out of order for weeks. TV channels a lot of disruption, after initial installation. Dust-cleaning should be more often. Good and clean showers, although I still wonder why they cannot be locked. Restaurant: rather expensive, but very good food. Lobby restaurant tower 2: also rather expensive, but a good assortment and friendly staff. Update 15-7-2017: I just removed one star. For some reason they stopped servicing near the swimming pool. It looks like the hotel overall is degrading.

I love everything about this place! It is a hotel in a design of an apartment. They have the studio room, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom suite. Of course all is fully furnished and equipped with small pantry (in the studio room) or full kitchen set (including the fridge with freezer, stove, dining utensils, mineral water in a gallon with a dispenser. The staffs are friendly. The coffee shop has nice apple pie which my mom loves very much, and they also have their homemade yogurt with granola topping which I really love…

Hotel Kristal is a popular spot for those seeking a slightly longer stay and is in a great location for those needing to get places. Traffic on Terogong Raya can be harsh at time but when it's quiet, its perfect to get out and do what's needed to be done.
