It's a small, old Hotels dwarfed by massive surrounding skyscrapers. It do lacks some services such as TV cable and still using old-style furniture. But the staff is nice, super quiet rooms, and the locations is perfect for most guests : you can find warteg and street food easily, but can also find high class restaurant and mall just a walk away.

Overall, so bad! The Staff isn't friendly, the room is also bad, and the food taste bad! I can even find lice in the rice!

Good location and room rate not expensive.

Their Room is pretty big but old, there's no bidet or sprayer, rude staf and bad breakfast.

This hotel consider Big and well maintained but still it's standard of cleanest not to good, still okay for a stopover place.

Good Hotel with a little budget.

Location of the hotel is very convenience. In the evening you can take a leisure walk around Tanjung Duren and find street food stall, usually selling local food or chinese food. The rate is quite competitive, but cleanness need to be improved.

The hell? No bellboy, room is dirty, thankful that the bed sheet is decent, even with hairs. Mosquito in the room, noisy air conditioner, no towel, minimal toiletries, why is there only one trash can? The electricity plug is only one and behind the tv, quite far from bed. And the bed is so shaky, tought I've going to fall when sleeping in the right side. My room is 403, difficult key card, often cannot open the door. No drinking water, cold receptionist. No returning here for me.

General Manager's service mind is worst I ever got experiance. I hv stayed at this hotel for 7 months. But the GM never say greeting to me n never accecpt complain from guest. But GM enjoy screaming to the employee. And when guest complain abt room, GM never accept the complain. I think this isnt hotel service. If I were owner og this hotel, I should fire GM.

Not bad. Sesuai hargà. Breakfast juga sesuai harga sudah lumayan baik. Ada nasi, mie and bubur juga roti. Housekeeping oke juga cuma sayangnya saya ngeliat mereka bersihin karpet pakai sapu lidi. Mestinya pakai vacuum ya kalo mau lebih bersih. Karpet perlu maintenance lebih karna kelihatan sudah tua n gak hygienic.

Fasilitas kurang, minim informasi, sarapannya lumayan.

The breakfast is so terrible.
