I loved the simplicity yet in trend the hotel is, and with 250k/night it was such a high value! Oh, and the 24-hour mini-market just next to the reception desk is a life-saver 😊 Just one thing, the staffs were a bit nervous every time I spoke to them but not a big deal for me, but other people might find it being unfriendly.

Nice place but a bit dirty. Ask the staff to change the linen beforr you sleep in. Because sometimes they forgot to change the linen sheet. Disgusting. But the owner was nice. The receptionist was very helpfull too.

Almost gave them 4 stars, yet they deserved the 5th star coz they took care of my complain carefully. It was about the covid19 protocols procedures whereas one of the staf still — after 3 times reminder in just 2 hours — didnt use masker at all. I think the owner did some disiplinary act so tht in the following days, they are all using masker all the time in the premises.
Overall, the hotel is such a nice hotel with very high value-for-money. Took a 200K per night, the room was good, not that big yet quite cozy. Its a new building so everythings quite new and clean. You got smart TV and 24h mini market, its good!
Hot water was the best! Sanitary was good. Hygiene aspect was good.
Hospitality level for 200K per night hotel was more than oke, yet I might expect more. They have to improve something here and there eg. They should have some uniforms in some extend so they look profesional (haircuts of the staff (grooming) and the outfit should be more profesional), and should have a signage of "front office / reception " in the lobby, etc. Those are easy and cheep thing to improve yet have a big impact so that they might charge more. Lol.
