Great service, clean rooms. Would recommend especially with the mall being on the ground floor with easy access to a great variety of food courts and shops.

1445 at reception counter 1450 hotel staff ask if room with towel is OK for me. Yes I say 1500 still waiting for the room 1504 ask them if the room is avliable, they say still cleaning 1515 got the room with no towel 1525 call from room for room service, as usual it goes round n did not got the room service 1540 call again operator and told them I need a towel as I need to take shower as I got a meeting at 1700 at Pertamina Office 1550 at last I got the towel. Please rate Harris Hotel Klapa Gading.

Been here for training purpose and the lunch provided is extremely delicious with various food options. The meeting room also convenient and the public facility is all very clean. I mostly love the food here, so many food to try. The staffs are nice and friendly.

Nice place if you are on holiday with family. Next to Mall with lots of restaurants and shopping. Good food and nice staff.

Great location adjoining the mall. Food is good in the hotel restaurant and great service. Rooms are basic, clean, secure and functional; although a shortage of electrical outlets.

It's a clean and nice hotel. The conference room was very nice. And it is connected to Mal Kelapa Gading, one of the biggest Mal in town, good for shopping and dining. If you are travelling for business, this hotel is a good choice.

One of the Harris Hotel in North of Jakarta is so simple yet so cute. This hotel is the only run a way catwalk place of Jakarta Fashion and Food Festival in 2018 event. And for the food festival is held in La Piazza Mall of Kelapa Gading near the hotel.

Tempat drop off kalau Naik gocar ke MKG Free Wi-Fi kenceng, bisa streaming drakor kalau lagi event disini. Menu makanannya kurang yak ✌, terus sekarang agak over price. Jadi sekarang kalau ada event kantor pindah ke hotel lain di sekitar Kelapa Gading juga yang harganya lebih affordable.

The room is clean and quite spacious. The hotel has direct access to Mall Kelapa Gading. Swimming pool is not very clean. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Traffic around hotel tends to be heavy because of the construction of future subway.

Very good hotel for convention. Very accommodating and they have small gift shop downstairs. Price wise is not too expensive, and worth the comfort. Love the suite bed, very big and the pillows are very nice. Room also extra clean.

Everything is good, stayed here 7 years back for months, but today 18/12/2017, they gave me room 636. The sound from the cooling tower is so loud. Was feeling so nostalgic but felt so sad with this room given.

One of my favourite local chain hotel. I think the hotel in Kelapa Gading is the only Harris that offers carpeted room floor. I give four stars for its friendly service, clean and spacious lobbly as well as nice breakfast. It also deserves four stars for the strategic location (just step outside and Mall Kelapa Gading is at your service.

Check in on 12.40 and reception said that allow only 13-12. Now on 14.35 they said room not ready. Check in crew only 2 when customer queue up to 5 person per line.

The hotel is built up right beside and above a shopping mall. The room rate is not cheap among Jakarta hotels when the room is just simple. However, maybe it's because it's located in a Chinese gathering area, I always had difficulty reserving a room even though I already tried to book one week earlier. The breakfast is just okay. The location is good for businessmen. It's traffic-free, so you don't have to worry that you will be stuck on the road for too long. This is a big advantage when the other areas in Jakarta are damn jammed.
