Reviews of Everyday Smart Hotel
Pretty disappointed with my stay.
I don’t usually complain, but this my first time get the room really didn’t meet basic standards. The mirror was damaged and hard to use, the sink faucet was dirty, and the toilet seat was in poor condition. Even the TV was really small.
We paid 400k++ for the room, but honestly, it wasn’t worth it at all.
I think the room should go through a proper deep cleaning before it's given to guests. Hopefully the hotel can improve this for future guests.
From the outside, the hotel looks quite ordinary, but the lobby design is surprisingly attractive and clean. There is a mural design in the corridor on the floor where we stayed, and the staff is friendly.
The room size is compact, relatively clean, with a smart TV. We slept well, making it suitable for a business trip. The breakfast was quite good for the competitive room rates in the surrounding area.
