I had another great stay here! This was my second time, and I came with my family. Before check-in, I contacted the admin to request a lower ground floor room, and they responded quickly and very kindly. Really appreciate the prompt and friendly communication.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were more than sufficient for our needs. Everything felt well-prepared and convenient. The location is also very strategic, close to Senen and Gambir train stations.
Definitely a pleasant stay, and I would happily come back again!

"I recently spent a night at Corvel Be Homy in Kwitang. According to the inscription on the wall, the hotel is quite new, having been established just last year in 2025. I’d actually done a bit of research on YouTube beforehand, and the vlogs made it look quite promising—including this one.
However, I have to admit that my actual experience didn't quite live up to the online hype. The cleanliness was a bit of a letdown; I found leftovers from the previous guest still in the trash bin, and there was a noticeable amount of dust under the bed. On top of that, the hot water was barely lukewarm, the bathroom walls seemed neglected, and I even had to request tissues from the staff as they weren't provided in the room.
To be fair, at a rate under IDR 250k, I understand that 'you get what you pay for. ' Still, the gap between what was shown in the vlogs and the reality of the stay was a bit jarring.
On a positive note, the transparent elevator is a really cool, iconic feature. It’s just a shame that the rest of the building feels a bit poorly maintained. It’s disappointing that a place established in 2025 already feels this worn down by early 2026. "

Average Stay with Nice Location but Several Issues.
The location is nice, and the lobby looks recently renovated with some great photography spots. The room is large, and they require a 10, 000 IDR security deposit in cash, though other currencies like USD and JPY are accepted. This deposit is returned at checkout.
However, there are several drawbacks. The bathroom is old with faulty fittings—the flush didn’t work initially and had to be fixed by staff. The bathtub has no shower curtain, so the floor gets wet easily, and some parts are broken. The toilet wasn’t very clean, and the bedsheets had stains. Breakfast costs 40, 000 IDR, but we only found out after checkout, and when we asked, the staff said no breakfast was available. The hotel seemed unaccustomed to foreign visitors and, judging by the clientele, seemed more like a love hotel for young Indonesians.
