A great and friendly hotel. We were greeted with some refreshments as soon as we entered the hotel which was a pleasant surprise as we have never came across a hotel which has done so till now! The breakfast here is good as well. However, the best thing about this hotel is the friendliness of the staffs as they were very accommodating towards us and were more than glad to show us around jakarta. The location is good too as it is located in the heart of jakarta making it easier to travel around. 10/10 would come again!

The food is excepcional, the staff very kind and helpful. Very clean and very central too.

Hotel bagus yang sembunyi. Saya suka lokasinya nyaman, pelayanan bagus banget, restoran murah dan enak. Bahkan resto nya adalah tempat nongkrong saya dan kawan-kawan ketika weekend. Recommended!

Overall bagus, nginap sm istri+2 anak, 1 mlm di superior, 1 mlm pindah ke family room. Cm kurangi 1 bintangnya krn resepsionisnya jutek/kurang ramah saat minta pindah ke family room yg ada view keluar jendela (Tgl 21.06.2018).

Really liked stay at hotel. Clean and modern. Speaking about restaurant food selection is a little bit boring but there is great service and cozy atmosphere.

Stayed in a family room. Big enough to fit a small family with one single bed and a king size bed. Services are excellent, guests are welcomed nicely. During my stay, it was ramadhan. So instead of having breakfast, we had our sahur. It was a very nice sahur considering that it was very early in the morning. The only downside is that, its hard to get taxis. But worry not when you downloaded the Blue Bir d app.

+ friendly staff + big room + good restaurant + central location — the bed was a bit hard I recommend this hotel 8/10 out of 10.

Such a tidy and Friendly place to stay. Close to many attractions. Staff are friendly and willing to help out. Rooms are serviced everyday and are clean with Air conditioning. Really enjoyed our 5 days in Jakarta and at Citi M Hotel.

Hotel for one night. I had a room without window so not ideal for aeration. The room was damp and smelled of the enclosed. Luckily it was only for one night. The breakfast was very good, the hotel offers a varied buffet with Western and local food.

That is the best place if u r coming jakarta, they can comunicate English very well, they have free car service to shopping markets, they r very helpfully, they arrange everything I want.

It has everything you need, comfortable rooms and nice breakfast, but the location is not at all safe even as it is just 5 minutes walking from MONAS.

The staffs were super kind, good food with reasonable pricing. A little note tho, the front desk staffs weren't always standing by but I figured it was acceptable because it was new year's eve after all. Overall, 5/5.

Housekeeper stole our money from the room. (100 dolar and 1.000.000 IDR) Also room was smelling realllly bad. Actually the hotel was smelling bad.

Good service hotel. Food was decent. Price was affordable. Near Monas. Walking distance. But hidden. Not convenient store nearby. Not walkable. Still need to get a taxi or tuk-tuk. If you just want to go government department or museum this location ok. To Sarinah mall just 10 min away by transportation.

Excellent Hotel, Good Restaurant, very comfortable Beds, super competitive Price, perfect located just 600m to National Monument.

The hotel is nice, not too good to be honest but not too bad. We slept in a "superior" room, which was not very big, the bathroom (an open shower with a toilet and a sink) was separated from the room by an obscured glass, not that nice to see to be honest. The bedroom was ok, a big enough and very comfortable bed, but poorly furnished for the rest. We had dinner in the restaurant — again not bad but not impressive. The staff was friendly and willing to help. Overall a good enough solution for the money if you stay one night, but not something I'd recommend if you have an alternative.

The employees are adorable, they take the time to explain to you what to do in the city and respond well to all your questions. Small Plus: A map of the city is provided to you on arrival with a detailed listing of the activities to do in Jakarta.
The boss had the kindness to drop me 2 times at Pasar Baroe (a local market) at 10 minutes in tuk tuk.

Very good hotel, the staff is at the smallest care for the guests. And the hotel is well located!

I hope I can come here again. Reasonably priced, simple rooms. Everything I need for a pleasant stay is given. The only bad point is the Wi-Fi in my room. It could be faster. I stayed here between July 7th and 10th. The breakfast is also satisfying and palatable. Not to mention the friendly and kind staff.

Good hotel with working air condition, not bad bath room, clean bed. Good variety of food for breakfast. Very helpful staff who showed us money exchange points and how to get to certain city areas. Not far from Gambir train station.

Very closed from my husband office, quite and clean. Very recommended.
