The air con didin. T work properly, wireless microphone in small amount and didn. T work properly, light coffee, bad snack, hotel internet not enough to access the website (no streaming). No adequate parking lot, un hygiene toilet.

Nice hotel. Interior baik lobby, kamar dll, ambience dan detailnya, sangat-sangat Amaroossa. Disemua hotel Amaroossa dan grupnya, nuansanya serupa dan bisa dibilang ga ada hotel yg kaya gini "rasa" nya. Utk staff, mereka ramah dan membantu juga komunikatif. Pokonya, nyaman deh utk nginep dsini.

Pertama kali kesini untuk buka puasa dengan teman teman, jadi saya akan review tentang pelayananya dan makannanya saja ya. Untuk pelayannanya sangat ramah sekali petugas petugas hotel nya, selalu senyum dan helpful sekali Untuk tempat makannya sangat nyaman dan mewah, Untuk makannaya juga cukup beragam, type prasmanan all you can eat. Dan tempatnya juga instagramabel bgt Over all tempatnya cozy dan pelayannaya sangan bagus. Recommend.

Ga mati gaya sekalipun cuma nongkrong di lobby. Sofa dan kursinya empuk luar biasa. Tersedia majalah untuk dibaca-baca. Ada aula besar dan kedap suara. Cocok buat nikahan atau sweet 17.

Great hotel, but the traffic are bad. It's quietly cheap, that's what make it perfect for one night stand with chicks.

Harusnya kamar sdh ready pd saat kedatangan. Sy dtg sengaja late check in. Sekitar jam 15.30. Berharap smpe hotel bs lgsg msk kamar dan siap2 kondangan. Tp trnyata kamarnya Not ready yet! Disuruh tunggu 5-10 menit. Skrg udh 15 menit. Tp belom ready juga. Dgn alasan penuhhh aja kmrn ini… jd lamaa bersiinnya. Aaah males… gk bs berkata2 lagi deh!

Excellent food taste and quality as well as variety of juices are recommended.

I like the traditional cuisine. Lovely to have breakfast with Tongseng or empal. I found also ketan srundeng, love to eat but since I am on low carbo diet, I did not take it :)

Been here and realy comfortable place to stay during weekend and the best is near Lippo Mall Kemang.

Really love the ambient, the decorations, the hospitality. The staffs are very helpful and will greet you with smile anywhere you meet them. I loved everything about this hotel except the parking lot and Wi-Fi connectivity. The parking lot is quite limited. Basement parking is dedicated for motorcycle.

The location is perfect. I'v been there for some nights and so narrow to some offices that I went.

Good food but not too clean room.

We were here, spent some time at the coffee shop. Actually we were looking for a venue for our quarterly Jazz Lovers' gathering. We found the staff very helpful, as he showed us several spaces available. There was nice piano music… so, the afternoon was nice, cozy and fruitful as well.

One of best Hotel. Nice place and I like the bed room and services.

Most of event from middle to up scale companies use this hotel because between Blok M and Cilandak.

It is good hotel with good location. But unfortunately no smoking room. Food is average, nothing special.

Affordable 4 stars hotel. Staff are hospitable, variety of food and tasty. But I feel weird when came for the first time to the room, the bathroom is only covered with a curtain and when the curtain is opened, it will be seen directly from the bed.

The parking man was friendly & polite. No one opened & helped @ the entrance door No one @ the lobby No one approached us @ the lobby restaurant even after a long waiting When someone finally told us to go to the place where our food was served, no one there to greet us The buffett had no food tag at all & noone was there to tell us what they were A designated place should have at least one person to serve & take care of us, tho someone came long after we started to eat Noone was there to bid us farewell as we left, again, noone at the lobby main entrance A lot to be improved however the food were very good, thank you.

On April 12-13, I stay here for business trip near T. B. Simatupang. Unique Hotel. The room is clean and I love to hear melody from piano who is played by pianist, so relaxing to stay here.

Hotel and hospitality was good, if you stuck in parking please use free parking vallet.

Comfortable hotel with reasonable price. Too bad the swimming pool was out of service when I stayed there.

Your hotel really impressed me and met with my high-standards about a hotel bedroom and bathroom supposed to be. The carpet is fluffy enough to seduced my tired feet, the bed is comfy, the closet is so shine and clean, no dirt at all. You also has a unique welcome intro for the new guest & logo of a maid outside the guest room, reminds me of some maid from the Victorian Era. You just need to take a good attention on the quality of foods & beverages for breakfast. Really satisfied and looking forward to stay there any time sooner with my family. Keep up your good work!
