The fact that the sink in both rooms that I've stayed in is actually close to the bed is rather disturbing for me. Other than that, helpful and polite staffs is a plus.
Bought a voucher via traveloka mobile app, asked for a non smoking room, they gave me a very smoke-smelly room instead (the smell won't go away just by cranking up the AC). Asked for a room at the higher/highest floor, they gave me the first floor instead. Provided towels didn't seem clean because it's not white anymore. Can hear noises from the streets outside. Cannot sleep in my one night stay at the premise. Disappointed. No repeat order.

Hotelnya sebetulnya cukup nyaman untuk beristirahat, strategis juga karna cukup dekat dengan stasiun pasar senen. Ada brankas untuk menyimpan benda2 berharga. Breakfastnya lumayan enak, hanya saja kedepannya lebih diperhatikan kesediaan alat2 makan jangan sampai kehabisan jadi harus menunggu. Yg perlu diperbaiki hanya pemeliharaan ruangan ya, soalnya kemarin di kamar yang saya tempati air dari kamar mandi merembes ke dinding dan membuat basah. Plus penyediaan handuk dan alat mandi yg lengkap sebelum tamu check in tolong diperhatikan.
