Reviews of Hotel O 59 Residence 2*
Good service, room was Ok for me, air conditioning working well so cold.
Parking is a bit narrow if you bring car, but management team will help us to park.
Please be aware that room pricing was already marked up since early of 2024.
I did online booking through Tr4v3l0k4, and the price was different (was Rp146, 000 — should be Rp175, 000), so I need to add Rp29, 000 during check in, they said that they already propose the increase to Tr4v3l0k4 long time ago but haven't realized.
Check in time is at 14:00 PM, check out at 12:00 PM.
If you want to check in early, need to pay extra.
I was 1 hour early check in, so I need to pay Rp50, 000.

The worst property that I’ve been stay,
I’ve booked for 8 night full payment and I decide to check out at first night without any refunds request because of I didn’t want to arround here for another time.
1. The reception ask for any additional cost because of there are some of changes betwen agoda and the owner, but on agoda system was not updated. I think this is between owner & agoda not between the guest.
2. There are no property sign.
3. The surrounding area is so dirty.
4. When you check in to your room please pray to the god and lower your expectations.
I mean yes we are travel budget, but at least give us the room who make us comfortable. I stay at 105 when you enter your room you can see that the room is not for sell but actually could use as a storage room or maybe for morgue even better morgue than this room. The vibes so creepy I can’t sleep until I decide to check out. Then talking about bathroom, the condition even worse, you will get the bathroom with unique condition which the roof is broken. I don’t know why the owner still wants to sell this room. With the roof broken you can smell very damp room.
Please maintain your reception, and please be honest when you posted the room photo on OTA.
