It was clean, cozy, and nice. I had a problem where the water turned dirty, it happened only for a minutes. And I had to call the room service etc. And the gave me fruits and stuff as compensation. Overall a nice accommodation for around 600K rupiah.

The hotel is small, there is a bigger ibis hotel just across the road. The room was kinda old, toilet was not very clean and breakfast was just so so with not many selection. But the location is very good, room was quiet despite there's a construction nearby, and the bed was comfortable, service was efficient.

Kamarnya nyaman utk ditempati namun AC dalam kamar sangatlah tidak memadai karena AC di kamar saya tidak dingin sehingga pada malam hari udara dlm kamar saya panas. Hanya itu saja kekurangannya. Sedangkan pelayanannya bagus.

Nice place to stay if you have business at central Jakarta. Food is not to good, but you can find many restaurant nearby.

Its very good for what u pay… even the restaurant is open 24/7. Any time u can order burger and sandwich.

Good budget hotel, easy to find places for food at the neighborhood.

Cleanliness is excellent, hotel staff is very polite. But shower was hard to adjust, sometimes its cold but sometimes its hot and nothing I can do about it.

Great location, no queueing during check in and check out but seems there is no AC outside the room. Very hot while waiting for the lift.

This hotel is very well positioned, in the middle of the town, where everything is easily reachable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The entire staff team are very helpful, specially Mr Abdul who helped us a lot during our previous stay and current stay also. Mr Abdul made all necessary arrangements to facilitate our stay. Good location and the staff like abdul really friendly ready to assist you anytime you need them and we've been staying almost 15 years so it feels like a home.

Location wise is quite centralize. However the room is a little old and towel and floor matt not that clean. The breakfast hot meal was not hot enough and not much selection. Overall its a good stay with the help from friendsly staffs.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and the check in was very efficient. My room was on the 4th floor and had everything required including a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. I enjoyed good hot water. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Near Sabang, but I get a worse room, toiletries not complete, old design for smooking room.

Room not so big but the breakfast is great. Located on strategic place. Near to culinary area, shopping mall, money changer is near also. And near to the down town also.

This is one of the best Ibis I have ever stayed in around the world. Friendly and efficient staff with no fuss service. I'm an Accor plus member and everytime I use my free breakfast certificate it usually met with scrutiny and inspection. But Ibis arcadia just wonderful and ibu susi at the restaurant even makes my breakfast experience more convenient. I feel they make my stay very personalized as well by making me a greeting card and fruits to go with it. Kudos, arcadia!

The best hotel I ever visit.

Not bad! Location is amazing — close to Starbucks ;) Clean room but a little bit shabby bathroom. Good and stable Wi-Fi. Tea & coffee is great. A lot of international TV channels.

Too small. But it's OK I think for Japanese who ever stay in the similar place on their country. And also it is good and convenience too for a busy and business man who likes the simple thing.

This is the actual Ibis Arcadia GPS location as I am writing this review while sitting inside the hotel itself. I would rate this hotel pretty high. I am a budget backpacker by heart and any lodging with super clean sheets, a large soft clean bed, a shower with endless hot fast flowing water, friendly helpful staff, gets 4 stars in my book. The price though was $50 a room per day and I usually stay at places less then half that price. It's 1/2 block from the backpacker ghetto Jl. Jaksa, and a mile walk from the National Museum. There are endless street food choices serving some world class grilled and fried fish. 4stars.
