I only stayed for 1 day but I was impressed! The room was clean and the service was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a night stay over during Eid Festive holiday. This time it was pleasant, but we didn't find the sushi roll menu on the breakfast buffet on the other day, as we had it last year : ( The room was nice as always. Only the toilet water sprinkler was a bit leaky that it generated a little amount of water spilled on the floor. That was a bit disturbing during our stay. Any other things were just fine.

Nice and clean hotel the staff also friendly, helpfull and fast respond. Comfy hotel but the restroom a bit smelly and humid.

My overall experience was quite good. Staff were quite friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't bad. You could hear the noise from the sports/ convention hall, which gets loud at times, but fortunately it died down at about 8 or 9 PM. Very close to a lot of culinary spots, there's actually a couple of nice ones in the complex. Very close to the malls of Kelapa Gading.

Great olympic pool cozy comfort suite room and great ambience lobby. Friendly staff and hospitality.

Nice and cozy place to stay. Used voucher for stay a night here. The room is clean, stayed in 1st floor. Not noisy at all, although we can still hear the sound of TV next door. Maybe they set out loud? The shower is good, must wait until the heat reach to be warm water. The breakfast also good. Have many variables to pick. Main menu and side dish selection fit in our taste. Javanese Indonesia style taste.

Hotel kesannya hotel lama. Tapi penerangan cukup jadi nggak gelap di lorong — lorongnya. Pelayanan baik, cepet dan cukup tanggap. Kamar cukup bersih dan nyaman, kamar mandi besar, shower besar jadi mantap ngalirnya. Air panas tersedia cepet. Pas dapat jendela yang viewnya malah koridor. Jadi nggak dapat udara segar, handuk kurang bersih, dan penerangan di kamar remang remang. Breakfast enak, lengkap, dan waktu minta santan untuk bubur dan omelette dilayani dngn baik. Recommended.

Untuk kamar eksekutifnya luas. Tempat tidurnya empuk. Dapat welcome fruit. Breakfast banyak variasi. Kalau untuk kamar superior standar seperti kamar hotel pada umumnnya…

Nice hotel at Kelapa Gading, clean, comfort, aircon very cool, nice lounge.

Clean, comfort bed & bathroom. too bad when there's event in Function Hall, u can feel the bass banging in the fifth floor room.

This hotel provide small function room for meeting. Good food in 5th floor and good place for Moslem's prayer room (mushala).

Its difficult to find and notice this hotel especially at night. But this hotel was clean, good, but no swimming pool. Staff are friendly. And near from resto for eating or just hang out. Far from thr centre of the city.

Nice place for a meeting… but bad food.

It has the good Santika Hotels Standards. But perhaps they should consider taking care of their front road & make it feel current.

Room is quite small, but shower is nice. Food is okay, except the grilled chicken and steamed vegetable are cold. Salad is poor. I was there for the event of floral demonstration, collaboration between DPD IPBI DKI Jakarta and Smithers-Oasis Malaysia presented Richard Go. As a chairman, I got some bad experiences from some staffs, sales and banquet. They forced me with some unhonoured ways to move to the other ballroom which are not avaiable until 11.00pm at the day of H-1. I decided to rent a suite for preparation; as I got so many absurd offers. Supprisingly, we got free preparation room late at nite at H-2. What a waste, I have rented a suite. Special appreciations to pak Leo, who made cool atmosphere and gave the best service till the last minutes. He is a real profesional and salute for him with his capability and punctuality.
