I got nice view of pool, easy to find a food and mall.

Nice dining place with good menus.

We stay at Business Suite room. Very spacious bedroom, with its own living room. Even this room is more spacious, but for me it will be better (still) in Family Suite as I chose it in the 1st place. We ended up get this room bcoz the Family suit with 2 bedroom had already taken (I've transferred the payment thou). Anyway, traveloka said sorry for the mistake about available room & gave us 30% extra bonus as complimentary for booking another higher price room. Thanks Traveloka! Back to this Swiss Bel hotel, it's a nice hotel to stay with family. And bcoz its in Pondok Indah, there are some near mall you can visit, like PIM 1, PIM 2, Street Gallery, Citos, or Poins Square. The pool is quite big for children, there's live music every Saturday night, and free breakfast for 5 years old kid or bellow. I ate their pizza yesterday & it was sooo good.

It was certainly a nice enough hotel, looking a little threadbare in the rooms though. Paint is peeling, some unusual smells, worn furniture. But the amenities were nice, water was hot, sheets were clean ; all the basic stuff you need to make yourself at home. Breakfast though. Different story. Pushing three stars in that category.

Good place to held your meeting, have a good dish for lunch.

I really enjoyed my time staying in Swiss Belhotel-chains, it was my second time staying in Swiss Belhotel chains. Their service is alway GREAT. Really really excellent Hospitality. I stayed in Suite room, it has two bedrooms, one Master bedroom with a King Size bed, and the other one has a twin bed. There is a very cozy Living room, with Balcony, the view is Pondok Indah housing. Unfortunately "for your safety" the door to the balcony can't be opened. They also have swimming pool and a gym, it is really spacious pool, one big pool and one kiddie pool. Can't wait to stay in another Swiss Belhotel.

I was using the meeting room. Very good service, convenient room, isolated from others so the meeting can run without distraction. Most important, the food was so delicious.

Actually the hotel is really nice to stay. But I don't know probably just because the holiday season after Eid, the management seemed very hectic although still giving a good service (the staffs' smile is very generous in here). But from what we experienced (our big family reserved for 3 rooms), we lost so much time just waiting for the room to be available. We have to waited for about 2 hours! And I also heard many complaints by other customers from the front service desk through the elevator. Not to mention our room has issues with malfunctioning of the electric induction stove and the bathroom water didn't drain well. Apart from the issues above, the hotel is lovely. I like everything. I hope my comment will bring positive and constructive feedback to the hotel.

I book two room, Superior Grand Deluxe and it was huge, kids loved it. The other one is Grand Deluxe, its small, but with spacious bathroom. Breakfast menu was limited, not too much choices. Pool was good and large. Parking limited but enough. All in all, it was good experience.

Very nice hotel with affordable price, the pool is fabulous and the staff is very helpful and kind, the room is big enough and clean, I definitely going back to this hotel when I visit JKT, thankyouu Swiss beljotel Pondok Indah.

Mengecewakan. Petugas reservasi tidak menuliskan request sehingga saat check in tidak sesuai dengan request. Tempat Parkir sempit, Bellboy kurang tanggap. Cukup mengecewakan sebagai hotel bintang 4

Makanannya enak. Kamar suite family nya bagus. Ada 2 bedroom. 2 bathroom. Lovely. Neeting room nya juga bagusn hanya snack coffee break nya agak kurang variatif.

One of my favorite hotel in Pondok Indah area, great breakfast, spacious pool, amenities, nearby to Pondok Indah Malls, by taxi cost approximately Rp. 10.000 to Rp. 15.000. Depending on the traffic. Heavy infrastructure construction goin on now, advice try to come from Pondok Indah residential area to avoid easy 30-60 min delay.

My star rate here will be the appropriate rate for the hotel. Meets all the standards of a decent hotel.

Spacious and well kept room. Swimming pool is also nice. Wish the window could be more soundproof as we could hear the traffic going on all day and night.

The facility was good, but aircon didnt. My aircon's room doesnt work well while set it up already.

Overall it's a good hotel, esp. For you who likes shopping, it will be a good place to stay, since it is surrounded by some fav malls in Southern Jakarta.

Great location. Close to point square mall where you can get computer stuff, mobile accessories and cheap clothes. Also carefour shopping just across the corner in just 5 minutes walk. It 7-10 minutes drive to famous Pondok Indah Mall. It's really congested area because of the construction.

We stayed a night during the Eid holidays. We got a large suite for an low price of around USD100. Service was great. Quick check-in. While it wasn't anuthung special, breakfast was also good. They had the SB standard selection of local and western dishes. Overall a great experience for a quick gateaway. The only issue is the traffic on the main road is almost always in a jam. I hope that will change once the construction of the underpass is completed. Also hope they won't raise their prices then :)

Strategic place but become very crowded during the rush hour. Room is clean, cozy and comfortable. Staff are kind and helpful.

Great hotel. With modern design. Prayer room at 9 floor. Swimming pool not big and restaurant taste average. Ive been there for breakfasting they give 1 free for every 3 people. Also 15% for mega credit card payment.

Stayed here twice. Used to be an apartment and has been renovated into a hotel. The room is quite spacious and the food is great. The only problem is that the room is a bit not soundproofed (you could hear the noisy traffic). Close to several restaurants in Plaza 1 and 2 (like Pepenero Cucina Italia) and also Pondok Indah Hospital.
