Good hotel @the price tag. Nice location, easy accesible. Only minus is less food / resto near the hotel. Overall non-smoking room is an advantage for average guests.

Alot alot of improvement is needed. Staff is very helpful in front office. Service in the room is not exactly what you expected. Need more improvement on the restaurant service.

It was cheap hotel, with strategic location, near to mall, church, temple, city centre, and a lot of food stall. Staff is really friendly and helpful, room is big and clean. Breakfast was nice with variety of choices. Get an extra discount if you book from Archipelago Mobile Apps.

1. Receptionists are Friendly and have good attitude 2. Could handle the problem as soon as possible 3. Tried the best to help the guest, such as information, car service 4. The SPA Attendant was profestional, I enjoyed the massage so much 5. Good conditions.

Efficient and quite western standard hotel. Nice breakfast buffet with a lot of Indonesian local options. Only downside is it is quite far from the train station. Better take a taxi.

Good Hotel for the amount you pay. Comfortable room for the budget. Not much happy on Breakfast not much option. Good tasty food on room service.

As you can expect from a well known hotel chain: decent place to stay within budget in city center. The service is overall good, just don't come late for breakfast because they may run out and the refill may take some times (or never for some item).

Very good option on the low budget side. Clean, well located, good Wi-Fi, courteous and efficient staff. Breakfast was a bit too simple though…

Front desk guy is really nice! Rooms were clean, comfortable. Walking distance to Gajah Mada Plaza.

This was a good stay for me! Pros: clean rooms, room has a safe, decent size room, bathroom has separate shower, in-room massage, decent breakfast. Good busy location with lots of food stalls front of it. Gaja mada mall, movie theatre 3-min away. Many Americans eateries are 10-min walk. The Wi-Fi speed is very good compare to other hotels. Cons: spa/massage is only in-room. Breakfast has same food everyday. Dinner closes early at 10pm. (No room service after 10pm)

Good place to stay for a few days and discover the North and Central part of Jakarta. Friendly people, always willing to help. Breakfast is good (a lot of choice, especially if you like Indonesian food) and rooms are clean.

Fave Hotel Zainul Arifin-beberapa kali saya stay disana karena tempatnya sangat strategis, cukup bersih, breakfast lumayan variatif untuk ukuran BUDGET hotel, mudah mencari taxi BLUE BIRD dan dekat dengan halte busway, juga beberapa restoran-restoran favorit, dan harga sangat kompetitif. Overall bagus pelayanan dan kebersihannya-hanya saja pas kehadiran terakhir sempat mendapati kecoak di kamar mandi (padahal sebelum-sebelumnya tidak pernah). Mungkin perlu ditingkatkan lho untuk kebersihannya. Good Job, Fave Hotel Zainul Arifin.

The location of the hotel is great for party lovers, near to all the famous clubs. The attitude of the staff was quiet friendly. Overall a very good place to stay.

As usual Favehotel good quality service but unfortunately not well located (nightlife area)

Near to our jakarta branch office. Just view step to Gajah Mada Plaza (Old Plaza at centre of jakarta). Has increase their service event just a little touch. For business trip you can get it worth for price.

It is convenient to go out, bus, room is small, no hot water to drink.

Nice room. Clean and tidy. Delicious breakfast and good hospitality. Too bad they have too many smoking-able rooms so it's quite a disadvantage for a non smoker like me. The hotel room has a quite thick smoke scent. AirCon could bring a little help but it will not completely vanish.

I went there last Sunday to have my early dinner, and I'm ended up ordered their food n beverages promo, Nasi Bakar Ayam Penyet and Virgin Mojito and I loved it! The Nasi Bakar is very recommended for you guys who likes very spicy food. And the Virgin Mojito is so refreshing. I'm so in love with this dishes and even I asked who's the chef behind this amazing dishes. Hahahahahaha Their name are Adi for the food and Dicky for the drink. Well, good job and thank you for both of you guys! Keep it up. :)

Tonight's dinner at Favehotel Zainul Arifin is AWESOME! Must try and reccommended dishes are their Pasta Carbonara (Fettucini is always be the fastest to get sold out! ), and Gulai Kambing. Especially the Gulai Kambing, it turns my perspective of Kambing because I'm a Non-Kambing person, but no longer after tonight Hahaha. All the food here are just right! 4 thumbs up for the Chef, yes. Chef Ady is the guy behind all those fab dishes! Keep up the good work Favehotel Zainul Arifin, you got everything all sets!
