So unique and very instagrammable.
The room is okay but not a fan of the flooring. The flooring is not comfortable and cozy for a bedroom. So it felt a bit unclean.
But overall, good value for money.
If you have things to do around the area, you should consider this hotel.

I was prompted to stay here after reading the reviews and it didn't disappoint. The staff there is INCREDIBLY welcoming and helpful and it feels like visiting old friends. The common areas and rooms are spotless and bright. The breakfast was GREAT (and I'm not overly enthusiastic about breakfast) and I agree with another review that it probably was the best I've had at a hotel for budget hotel. It is served individually and efficiently and feels again like you're at a friend's house who has just made your service.
The hotel itself is small and cozy, with the rooms focused around a central staircase, recalling it's former life a likely being a residence. You will hear a little activity in the morning as breakfast gets started but it's not too bad and, again, feels like what you'd hear if you were sleeping at a friend's.
The staff is always smiling and helpful, and seem to enjoy being there. They are also very helpful for information as well as arranging transport.

1) room 6/10 ; has decent aesthetic, provided a few snacks/drinks. AC worked well, Internet connections was not stable, not as spacious as pictured, lamps were still dusty, LOTSS of mosquitoes 🦟, TV channel selection were not much, Towel? old, shower head/bidet were all rusty, doesn’t provide much amenities in the room.
2) service 7/10 ; paid 100k rupiah deposit per room, receptionist were nice and helpful with our bags to our room, the food prepared for breakfast (18k rupiah/person) were limited and was not refilled well. So I ordered another drink from the cashier.
3) location 6/10 ; location right infront of a big drainage, no soundproof; can still hear the traffics till pass midnight, near the convenient stores and easy to find.
Overall, its okay for the price but could improve the cleanliness of everything in the rooms, if possible please provide universal adapters for foreign travelers! Thank you for the stay panahouse 🙏🏽
