The hotel features a spacious parking area. Guests report that it is secure, as security personnel constantly monitor the premises. A 24/7 valet parking service is also available thanks to the security staff on duty.

Opinions about the staff are mixed. Many guests describe the employees and security guards as very friendly, polite, and helpful. However, there are complaints about certain front desk staff (specifically one female and one male employee) who were described as unfriendly and annoying. There were also instances of misrepresentation regarding room assignments, where a guest was given a different room under the pretext of a broken air conditioner, even though the reserved room was actually occupied by someone else.

A security deposit of IDR 100,000 is required upon check-in. Guests are issued a receipt, which must be kept to receive the refund. One guest expressed strong dissatisfaction after receiving a torn banknote in poor condition upon deposit return, despite having originally handed in a crisp new bill.

The hotel does not serve a full breakfast on-site, and some guests request that this option be added. However, a few guests mention receiving light morning snacks. Due to the lack of full meal options, guests take advantage of the numerous cafes and street food vendors located right in front of and near the hotel.

The hotel offers early check-in. One guest noted that after booking directly with the hotel and paying a deposit, they were given priority and allowed to check in at 12:30 PM. Other guests also confirmed that the early check-in service works satisfactorily.

The Wi-Fi quality has received complaints from some guests. It was reported that in certain rooms (for example, Room 213), the signal is very weak or fails to reach even the balcony. There were also complaints about incorrect network passwords being provided while the signal remained poor.

Reviews regarding the beds are mixed: some guests describe them as very comfortable, clean, and even "huge," while others complain about stains, stray hair, and general wear of the mattresses. Some noted that the bed linens appeared faded with yellowish stains, though they smelled fresh from the laundry. The furniture in some rooms (such as balcony tables) requires replacement due to heavy wear and tear.

Air conditioning performance is inconsistent. Some guests are satisfied, noting that the rooms stay cool. However, a significant number of reviews indicate that the AC units in certain rooms fail to cool properly, leaving the room very hot even after changing rooms. The staff responds quickly to requests, but the technical issue sometimes remains unresolved.

Rooms are provided with two bottles of drinking water and towels, though some guests complained that the towels were dirty or moldy. Amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are not provided. The bathrooms are generally rated as clean with working hot water, but in some instances, there were issues with clogged drains and missing door handles on the toilet doors.

The hotel has an elevator that greatly facilitates access to rooms on upper floors (e.g., the 3rd floor). The elevator holds up to 4 people. However, there were reports of temporary breakdowns, during which guests had to use the stairs.

Many guests praise the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, describing them as very neat. On the other hand, there are serious complaints regarding dust in corners, dirty windows, insects (cockroaches), and even bloodstains on mattresses. There were also instances where guests had to wait to check in because the room had not yet been cleaned.
