Smoking is allowed in the rooms. Ashtray wasn’t cleaned so when we walked in we were greeted with the smell of cigarettes. In general the room was dirty and mouldy. The bathroom door was rotting from the bottom, the sink was stinky and shower head was unusable. When we complained about it to the reception, the woman told us we can “buy” a new shower head from them. In the end I ended up replacing it myself. They took the old shower head.
