Menginap di favehotel graha agung bisa diantar ke mall terdekat. Mencari makanan juga gak susah karena disekitar byk berjualan dan restaurant fast food. Kamar bagus.

Ppl who work in front desk first time I came, she is nice but not really. She looks like she was in a hurry but there is no other guest except me and I was asked her some question about some addresses that I would love to know bcuz that’s the first time for me as well to came to Surabaya. So all of this was my 1st experiences in Surabaya. A lil bit disappointed bcuz she can’t explain me what I need to know but that’s okay. I don’t mind. Maybe ppl who work in front desk need to be nice and friendly to all ppl who came at this hotel. Also, it bothers me a lil bit as well about ppl who was next my room, I can’t sleep bcuz they are too loud. But overall the hotel looks nice and I still want to come to there.

Excelent! We same with our gamelan family group to perform for 3 day for New Zealand Honorary Consul to celebrate the 60th year Indonesia New Zealand diplomatic reletionship. All of our booking done by the consulate in Surabaya and the staff, service, room and the breakfast are excelent. This Fave hotel in Surabaya supporting environment, they have refill station on every stairs where you can just refill your water bottle to reduce single use.

Good location, just 5-10 min drive to the Pakuwon Mall, 10 min drive to a wedding venue at Pakuwon Golf & Family Center, and some good restaurants and cafes nearby. The Deluxe was roomy, although the door was at a weird placement since we had to squeeze through the doorframe and desk to get in. The food quality for the breakfast buffet is poor though. Lacks creativity and variety. Wished the restaurant was better designed. Otherwise good stay.

Overall hotel is great. Facilities are great. Room service is ok-ok. Keep in mind the toilet has no lock and there is a translucent glass between the main room and bathroom.

The advantage of this hotel for us was its location next to the Chinese visa Application Centre. The rooms are non-smoking with a window into the hallway, and the smoking room had a small window outside, but the bed, pillows, bedside table and phone on it were drenched in rain. Very tired and the second time to change the room did not want. Slept on a wet bed. But breakfast is for slaughter! A lot and delicious!

The room is considerably spacious. Good location. However, it is tiny hotel with minimal facilities. I dont like the colour and lighting around, too boring.

Location wise, it was close to restaurants. Easy to get around. HOWEVER, the hotel itself needs quite alot if improvements. This is not my first time staying here. Each time, overall quality has decreased. Cleanliness of the room needs to be maintained better.

Room dusty. Bed sheet likes never wash and looks very dirty. Breakfast so-so. Every day when I stay there, I need to inform the staff that food is empty. There's no effort from them to go and check to ensure food is not empty. It takes them quite long to refill the food.

I stayed at the 1st floor, and there was like unpleasant noise from the ceiling. I think it came from the second floor, where the restaurant is. Kinda disturbing. And no wardrobe, but there was a safe. Also, I needed to wait for quite a long time to get fresh towels. I asked for like twice or three times, until those towels were finally sent to my room. Other that, this place was okay.

Excellent. Great Location and Wonderful staff! My new year evening was great. Within walking distance to many restaurant, and food truck festival. Mr. Faizol, the hotel manager, really helpful by informing us related with the nearby attraction. Thanks Mr. Faizol!

I always enjoy the service of Fave Hotel everywhere in Indonesia. They always care about the compalint and solve it with excellent way, As a loyal guest I would like to say thank you Fave and I love you.

Nice Place, but 10 o'clock is last order for the resto. Why can't 24 hours…? Overall is good enough. ;-)

It's quite hot even in the lobby. The superior room feel so narrow. The food is not really good.

It is a typical Indonesian budget oriented hotel, the location is good, very close to Pakuwon Trade Center, there are a lot of restaurant and cafe located just opposite the hotel. Parking lot is enough eventhough the parking lot has no canopy, so if it rain, you will get wet, and if it hot and sunny day, you will 'baked' the car. Price per room per night is about IDR 250, 000 — 350, 000 depends on season, and some of your preferences (example you buy room only, or breakfast included). I stay couple times in this hotel on a business trip, and so far is so good. the only big issue is the room has no window, not big deal for me, but for some people this issue can be serious thing. The breakfast selection are limited but the quality and the taste of the dish are good. So I guess this hotel is good for business traveler, who just need the room to rest and has a simple but good breakfast to start the day.

Got unhappy experience by stayed in a room without window. Breakfast with no eggs. Just another budget hotel with more extra cost just for nothing.

I am giving two stars for the hospitality and how accommodating the staffs were in adhering to my room requests and preferences. The breakfast provided were decent. Other than that, I am very disappointed at the cleanliness of the room. There were lots of hairs in the toilet, the towels were dirty and the bed sheets have stains on them. The room was not lit enough to my preference. The room was too dark. If you are claustrophobic, I would not recommend this place as the rooms are small (even the Superior ones).

I ordered two no-smoking superior room for 3 nights. I checked in about 8 PM and I found out that there is no superior no-smoking room for tonight (the lady of front office said so). I entered my room and it smelled so horrible even the toilet was full of smoking smell. I even ask to be downgraded to no-smoking standard room but still she said there was no room to be exchanged for tonight, she said it will be available tmrw. I am so disappointed with fave hotel. What is request in advance supposed to be? They should prepare what customer has ordered before they check in. I guess fave hotel has bad quality control and front office management.

Convenient location with lots of eateries nearby. Modern and clean rooms. Check in was smooth and service was not bad too.

This place is a little disappointing considering that the building itself is a new building (2 years). The rooms inside are not very well maintained. You will be able to see the wear & tear. The parking fees for this district is voided (free parking) as long as you remember to get the stamp at the hotel lobby. The place has a very strong smoke smell (a lot of smokers stay here I believe) from the lobby to your room (wherever it is)

Kamar lumayan minimalis Loby kurang didukung jumlah kursi Pantry lumayan luwas dengan suasana syahdu temaram Wifi gratis dan TV in room Air panas dan dingin Breakfast biasa saja.

Theyre friendly n helpfull for us especeially when I lost something, they help me to find it even still I lost it but I am happy. Thank you all staff fave hotel sby.

Receptionist are nice. Standart room too small, no outside view window. Bathroom not so clean. The room are not soundproof at all.

All mineral waters available in room must be purchased? Crazy.

The best facilities and full service. Recomended.
