Review of Anjani Bed and Breakfast 2*

Bad bad experience. I ordered through traveloka for a large bed room. There is proof of order. When I got there, I dont found any receptionist. There only a teenager boarding board who does not understand anything about online orders. He called some emba on the telephone… who were the real receptionist. I was given a room in the roof and it wasn't room with a big bed but twin beds.
I complained to the person she called that the rooms were not according to the order. But she insisted to give me the twin bed room. She didn't care about the proof of large bed orders via traveloka showed to her.
I insisted and asked for a large bed room according to the order. And there… she was offerme a cancellation instead. Really unprofessional.
And do you know what kind of breakfast they offer? A loaf of white bread with chocolate in the middle.
If I know the story would be like that I would prefer to stayed at the harris hotel. Indeed, it's far from ITS, the venue I was going to. But with the go car, everything's fine. After all, the difference in rate with haris is not far. And in haris, you can have an all you can eat breakfast and get a room with a bed according to your order.
I will not recommend you to stay at the Anjani B&B.

Bad bad experience. Saya pesan lewat traveloka untuk kamar bed besar. Ada bukti pesanan. Sampai surabaya reception yg nerima ga ada. Adanya seorang remaja penunggu kost yg ga ngerti apa apa soal pesanan online. Dia telp mba… yg jadi the real receptionist. Dikasi kamar di atas dan ternyata bukan bed besar melainkan twin bed.
Saya komplain ke mba yg ditelpon itu. Bhw kamar tdk sesuai pesanan. Mbanya insisted sy dapat kamar twin bed. Dia ga peduli bukti pesanan large bed via traveloka.
Sy insisted minta kamar sesuai pesanan eh malah. Ditawari pembatalan pesanan. Benar2 tidak profesional.
Dan anda tau sarapan yg mrk tawarkan? Setangkup roti tawar dgn cokelat ditengahnya.
Tau gitu sy nginap. Di hotel harris. Memang. Agak. Jauh dari ITS, venue yg sedang saya tuju. Tapi dgn go car semua beres. Toh beda rate dgn haris tidak jauh. Dan di haris, anda dapat sarapan all you can eat dgn bed sesuai pesanan.
Not recommended lah nginap di anjani.
