So another reviewer said that the twin bed was big enough for a family and yes it's true! We are 2 adults and 2 kids, both had enough space to sleep comfortably. This is a plus for a family.
For price, really reasonable (for now) that includes breakfast for the kids as well. They have a quite decent sized swimming pool, clean, new furnitures and all, but they ran out of towels around 4pm.
The cafe at the lobby, quite interesting to have, but it was closed at 7pm, it would be nice to have it stand by until quite late for snacks and all while enjoying the pool table.
What we loved :
Price is seriously affordable with beds suitable for family with toddler (get the twin, it is enough)
Close vicinity to mall.
Staffs were trying their best to host.
Called reception to ask for an extra towel, came super fast.
Good TV channels for kids, and youtube plus netflix were available (big plus)
For breakfast, chicken teriyaki and banana bread were great.
Some minor:
Staffs were overwhelmed around 8am breakfast, some food were empty for quite some time, we had to go back and forth several times to check if it's refilled or not.
Our order for some was probably mixed with other table and vice versa.
It's a progress we know, maybe still trying to get the pace and all, and would love to see you guys and stay there again.

We stayed at Aloft Surabaya Pakuwon City for 2 nights (Oct 29 — Oct 31) on a double bed standard room.
Hotel is brand new, located conveniently within the mall, and not too far from Juanda Airport.
Lobby feels welcoming. Room is spacious & Clean.
Most important is the hospitality by the staffs. We feel welcomed from the first time we stepped into Aloft. Also, special thanks to Chef Vincent at Vibe Restaurant for serving us the delicious Tahu Tek khas Surabaya and other Indonesian foods served for the breakfast. All the best to Aloft and we will be back to Aloft Surabaya on our next vacation.

Staying here for a night because near to airport about 30 minutes. I would like to appreciate all the excellent services here. The hotel is new, room is very good, all is working fine like water heater, complete amenities. Even at first have issues with card access not working, but the staff handle it very fast. And I having breakfast too, all food is very nice and delishious, staff services also tiptop. I have nothing negative feedback for Aloft. Only good experience. While that shout out to the staff that keep checking up on us and asking for feedback while having breakfast, Alvin, Yemina and Chef Zainal. And other staff too 👏👏👏👏 Definitely will book here again next time. Ouh btw I’m travelling from Malaysia with my 2 friends 🤍
