DJURAGANKAMAR GUNUNG ANYAR

Yes, the hotel has its own parking lot. Guests describe it as very spacious, secure, and convenient, noting that finding a parking space is never an issue.

Opinions about the staff are mixed. Some guests describe the team as very friendly, polite, and prompt. At the same time, others complain about extremely poor attitudes, rudeness, and unprofessional communication, particularly from the security team and front desk. In some instances, staff acted overly suspicious, asking too many questions of guests and their visitors, which caused discomfort.

The check-in process can be complicated: one guest noted being denied check-in for arriving just 2 minutes before the official time (14:00). There are also complaints that staff start knocking on doors prior to check-out as early as 10:30 AM, even though check-out is set for 12:00 PM. Additionally, some guests experienced difficulties when trying to cancel bookings via the app.

The hotel does have working Wi-Fi, but there is a restriction: the internet is accessible on mobile phones, but several guests noted that connecting via a laptop is not possible.

Most guests describe the rooms as clean, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing, noting a pleasant fragrance and comfortable, soft beds. However, there are negative reviews as well: some guests observed that cleanliness has declined over time, particularly in the bathrooms, and that the decor and wallpaper appear faded in places. Issues with dampness and unpleasant odors requiring exhaust fan ventilation were also mentioned.

Guests are generally satisfied with the air conditioning, describing it as very cold and effective. Rooms feature showers with hot water, although one guest reported that hot water may shut off late in the evening.

The rooms are fairly well-equipped, featuring refrigerators, TVs, and a set of toiletries. Guests also mention that towels and soap are provided in the bathrooms.

The hotel features an elevator, making access to rooms on upper floors convenient, as noted in guest reviews.

The atmosphere at the hotel is mixed. On one hand, many appreciate the peace and quiet due to its location deep within the village. On the other hand, guests complain about noise from shouting children in the evenings and noisy neighbors. A major drawback mentioned by several guests is the presence of online solicitation (Open BO) at the hotel, which brought noise and created an uncomfortable environment for families.
