The room was very comfortable and the bed good however we had VERY noisy neighbours until 1am in the morning.
The pool is large and refreshing however there were no pool towels and was somewhat grimey around the area and change rooms.
The staff were so helpful — especially as we were the only English speaking visitors in a long time. Rare is what we were told. RB and Adil made us feel especially welcome at dinner time each evening. This was an unexpected stay and we are glad it was at the Myze. Keep improving as this will be the front of tourism for Suminep.

The services, food, and rooms are really best. The room and toilet were clean, big LCD TV, and the staffs were friendly and professional.
They also have a big enough swimming pool for adult and children. Breakfast is tasteful, a lot of menu, and they also have somekind of coffebar side the pool.

Great stay in the corner of the city.
The rooms are very clean and the staffs are nice.
There is pools, kinda proper gym, and lots of parking space.
My only complaint is the water heater is kinda not consistent, and the design is not intuitive, but that's just minor inconvenience.
Also the rooms are not noise insulated, so you can hear noises in the night and morning.
