ZEN Hostel Juanda Airport

This is a terrible hotel. The room has no air. You can’t breathe inside the room. The room doesn’t have a window. You are literally stuck inside. The room is also very small. We try to open the door of the room to the corridor but the corridor even smells worse. There’s no air circulation in this hotel. The room are moisturized so much that things get stinky. The hot water was good. I almost decided to leave the hotel without sleeping. In the morning there was no electricity, they don’t even have backup pawer supply. I’ll never ever sleep in this hotel even if it’s free. As a bit of advice, book another far hotel instead, stay away from this jail.
Kami sesak selama tidur, dan bau toiletnya juga menyengat (bau pipis), padahal kita blm ke kamar mandi. Saat kita mau upgrade kamar, penjaga nya jawab cuek tanpa lihat mata customer. Bener2 kecewa sama hotel ini ya. Kalau mau good review bisa ditingkatkan keluhan kami. Kamar kecil it’s ok asal tidak bikin sesak dan bau menyengat.

The room was small, but quite comfortable, unfortunately it is always far too noisy in the building, and the room was not particularly clean, but I was still able to rest and sleep for a few hours, just perfect for the transit at Juanda airport. Grab transfer prices: From Terminal 1 I paid 80000, to Terminal 2 it was 27000, both including parking fees.

Location is great, suitable for early morning flight. The room is okay actually it's just that the floor are so dirty. Just one step without slippers and your feet are dusty. There are no toothpaste so I ended up buying again at the counter.
