I have stayed at this hotel 2 times.
Here is my review.
Rooms:Bad, Pretty Bad.
Pros:
1. Air conditioning is ok.
2. There is hot water.
Cons:
1. The floor is dirty.
2. There are alot of ants, mosquitoes.
And bugs.
3. There is an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.
4. Shower water is salty.
5. The toilet is very weird, its a western style toilet but its installed on top of the platform of an old squat toilet.
6. The back door has holes in it.
7. The mirror in the bathroom is mounted very tall, its harder for short people to use the mirror.
8. The wall mounted coat hanger is mounted very low, it is very easy to accidentally hit it while going to the bathroom.
9. The rooms are very different from the listed pictures.
10. The hot water will randomly stop working.
Service:Ok.
I can't really say much here because I don't have much experience, but overall the service is good for me.
Location:Ok.
Pros:
1. Near Juanda International Airport.
Cons:
1. The hotel is right next to a busy road so there is alot of noise, even at night.
2. The hotel is also close to the runway of the airport, so their is alot of noise from airplanes landing.
Overall, still ok for the cheap price but please improve the rooms.

1. The floor is very sticky (? ) cannot brain.
2. The water in the toilet come out cloudy, yelowish and somehow smelly. I am so scared to brush my teeth and just use mineral water instead.
3. Book for 4 people in 1 room. But they only provide 1 blanket, 3 pillows, 1 towel. Dont know what they think of this.
4. Ask from receptionist for iron. And they dont even have 1.
5. The toilet is very dull and somehow horror just dont want to imagine again.
6. They DONT HAVE airport transfer. Need to find our own grab.
7. The only thing I think it is good is that there are coin laundry, indo maret, alfa mart, few shop & stall nearby.
8. Please think twice or even more bfr choosing this hotel. You may find any other hotel nearby as I walk around I found 2 or more hotel that are more decent from this hotel.
To the owner of this hotel, please think of ways on how to improve your service. I really like your hotel's location but to think of what you have provide, it is so funny and ridiculous. I see potential for your hotel. But if you remain unchange, then I sont think you will sustain.
