Hotel Sinar 2

This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever visited.
I do not recommend anyone to stay here.
The bathroom was wet, with trash on the floor and hair on the toilet even before I moved in. The blanket was dirty, and both beds had stains—one of them even had an old blood stain. We reported this to the staff, but they claimed that it was just the design of the ceramic (come on, that was clearly trash) and only offered to change the blanket. They refused to clean the bathroom or let us change rooms.
Later, in the middle of the night, the air conditioner stopped working. Only then did they finally offer to move us to another room. However, the new room was still dirty—it had used soap left by the previous guest, the floor was unclean, and the blanket still had stains.
I understand that the building is old, and that’s fine, but the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. This hotel seriously needs to improve its hygiene standards.

I stayed there one night before a flight. The bed sheets were dirty, the pillows smelled bad, and I also found a hair in the bed. Maybe the sheets weren't even changed after the last costumer. There was a dead insect on the floor. Horrible breakfast.
