Collection O 90724 Hotel Sinar Sidoarjo

My go-to hotel every time I'm in Sidoarjo. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I usually stay in a deluxe room, sometimes a sweet room, and currently a superior room. It offers views of Mount Arjuna and even allows me to see the train. The staff are also very friendly, some even becoming close friends, making it easy to chat… but always polite. Best of luck!

The hotel is run down. The pictures shown when it was new. Now it is completely opposite.
The first room toilet we had was absolutely unacceptable. There were urine on top of toilets sit. The polite receptionist agreed to change room. He showed us few rooms, still old and look dirty. Bed sheet with holes burnt with cigarette. Bathroom looks like public toilet. At the end we settled with a room where the toilet seat was new. We were just too tired to find next hotel in the night. There were no shower gel and shampoo provided.
To be honest this cannot be called hotel. Please beware the quality does not match what you paid. You definitely can find better place.
The plus points are close to train station but too close that you can hear noise of train. The hot water was good and strong.

My complaints about my recent stay at Hotel Delta Mayang. Honestly, my experience wasn’t great. The only clean area I noticed was the lobby; the rest of the hotel was pretty dirty, especially in the corners, the bathroom, and even the bed and pillows. For a well-known hotel like Delta Mayang, cleanliness should really be a standard.
I hope you can make some changes and improvements. As visitors from outside Sidoarjo, we’re looking for comfort when we stay overnight. Despite the negative things I heard about Delta Mayang, we decided to stay for a week and even upgraded to a more expensive room, but my impression didn’t change.
Please take this feedback seriously. If I come back and see improvements, I’d be happy to change my review on Google. My review is honest and not meant to hurt anyone, and I really don’t want others to have the same experience we did.
