Yes, the hotel provides a spacious parking area suitable for both cars and motorcycles. Guests describe it as convenient and comfortable.

Guest opinions about the staff are mixed. Many note that the employees are friendly, modest, and ready to help, including with room changes. On the other hand, there are complaints about the rudeness of some front desk staff, their indifference to guest issues, and instances where staff ignored requests for assistance when exiting the parking lot.

Rooms feature air conditioning, TVs (some with Android TV and YouTube), Wi-Fi, and water heaters. As for toiletries, the situation is mixed: some guests received slippers, while others complained about the lack of toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap. In some cases, an extra fee of 15,000 was requested for an amenity kit, and there was also a complaint regarding expired toothpaste.

Wi-Fi quality varies: some guests describe it as excellent and fast, while others complain that the signal is unstable or does not work on the TV and phones, especially in more remote rooms. Air conditioners generally work properly, although they are rarely needed due to Batu's cool climate. There were complaints about power interruptions and frequent blackouts due to insufficient electrical grid capacity.

Cleanliness reviews are conflicting. Some guests are satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. Others report dust on the walls, dirt under the bed, and stains and hair on the bedding and towels. Unpleasant sewage odors, mold in the bathrooms, and general neglect in some of the older buildings were also mentioned.

The performance of the water heaters is inconsistent. Many guests confirm the availability of hot water, but others complain that it is not hot enough or completely absent. There are mentions that hot water is only available during specific hours (for example, from 20:00 to 04:00) or requires a long wait before running warm.

Soundproofing in the hotel is poor; guests complain that conversations in neighboring rooms can be heard very clearly. However, the view from the windows and balconies is rated very highly, offering a beautiful view of the mountains and the night lights of Batu city.

The hotel is suitable for families with children, as the rooms are quite spacious. There is a children's playground on the premises (on the 4th floor), which makes the stay more comfortable for children.

The description mentions a swimming pool; however, several guests noted that it is non-operational or has no water.
