Parking for motorcycles is quite spacious. However, space for cars is very limited, as only two cars can fit at a time. Guests have noted that the parking facilities need improvement.

Reviews regarding the staff are predominantly negative: employees are described as unfriendly, impolite, and lacking professional communication skills. There have been instances where guests were refused check-in despite having a reservation, citing full occupancy, or were asked for additional payments for children without explanation. At the same time, one guest noted that the staff treated them quite friendly and quickly replaced a burnt-out light bulb in the bathroom.

Upon arrival, guests may encounter an unexpected fee in the form of a linen cleanliness deposit, which is not mentioned in the description. Additionally, a fee of 50,000 Indonesian Rupiah may be charged for an extra person in the room without the provision of any additional services.

Bottled water is not provided inside the rooms. Instead, water dispensers are installed in the corridors on each floor where guests can fill up water for free. However, please note that the equipment may be faulty, as was the case with the dispenser on the second floor.

Guests are provided with passwords for three different Wi-Fi networks, but according to customer reports, none of them actually work.

Many guests state that the actual condition of the rooms does not correspond to the photos in the app at all. Visitors describe the property more as a cheap hostel or guest house than a hotel. Significant wear and tear of furniture and finishes are noted: holes in the bathroom ceiling, mold on the walls, and old or broken items. Rooms are frequently described as very small, dirty, and having an unpleasant smell.

Opinions are divided: one guest found the room and bathroom to be clean and tidy, while the majority complain about appalling sanitation. Dirty blankets and pillows, which guests felt had not been changed for a long time, as well as the presence of mosquitoes in the rooms, are mentioned. Mold on the walls has been observed in some rooms.

The air conditioning system performs poorly: many guests complain that the units do not cool the air, making the rooms very hot. In one instance, a fan was installed in the room because the air conditioner did not allow for temperature regulation. Stuffy air and unpleasant odors are also noted.

Towels and bar soap are provided in the rooms, but toothbrushes and other hygiene products are missing. The technical equipment also raises questions: some rooms lack mirrors, sinks, or television remote controls. In one specific room, the television had been completely removed.
