Bromo Park Hotel Probolinggo

Dang! What an improvement. I had an amazing experience staying at the suite room of Bromo Park Hotel, it was absolutely stunning! And The room was spacious, well-maintained & beautifully designed for comfort and relaxation. But my favourite part? Definitely the bathtub a perfect place to unwind after a long day of travel. Believe me, I am Australian and I do bathtub 3x weekly.
What really made my stay extra special was the improved service and warm hospitality. I want to give a special shoutout to FENDYK & JAY at Savana Resto, their constant smiles, kindness, & genuine care made me feel truly welcomed. Honestly, they are like my daily medication always lifting my spirits with their positive energy. 🇦🇺.

Rooms where very spacious but a lot of noise from the adjacent rooms. Roomservice that was placed in hallway by other guest was still standing there the day after. Sadly we found a cockroach in the room in the morning. The restaurant service was poor.

Stayed in room 714 then was moved to 514. Both are deluxe room.
Room was spacious and so was the toilets.
Cleanliness was amazing and staff was polite as well.
Only downside is that the aircon is at the other end of the room hence you cannot feel the aircon at the area you are sleeping. So it tends to get hot and stuffy.
Major improvement works needed on the aircon for the big rooms.
Breakfast was basic and satisfactory.

It's near the train station, the hotel restaurant was good, there was also a coffee shop around the corner not far, and we walked into the Sunday morning local market which was a nice surprise. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfy. Warm showers.

The room is nice and spaces, but AC so annoying blowing very hard can't make slow, toilet flush not work properly shower not possible the refrigerator empty and the phone not working and they call that an executive room.
I don't think so.

Nice looking hotel good room but the shower doesn't work properly the phone in the room doesn't work, the AC blows very hard and can't change it the toilet seat is broken and flushing is a problem.
I won't be back.

This is the bad experience in Indonesia hotel, go to hotel restaurant thier service are worst and because we are Chinese person they are racism, table beside us are different country but not Chinese person they treat them nicely, Thier attitude are so worst even you want to bill or order they just throw it to you, and delay our food almost 2hours.

Good location nice room good food. So far best hotel in this town.

Room was clean, but small and we were unlucky to have a room with no window. But the breakfast was superb. Lots of food choices. Large diningroom area.

I stayed on June 14th until 16th, I got a recommend this hotel from cintiya when I want go to Bromo Mountain. The strategic located when you want go to Bromo with a cheap price. I stayed here for two nights in April 2023, 22-23. It was a 38 degree day when I arrived and the aircon in the room didn't work. It turned on but the room remained between 26-28 degrees all night. I had the staff in to fix it and they were incredibly apologetic after trying to fix it and feeling how miserably hot it was. I stayed in the PRESIDENT SUITE ROOM / the highest class of this room type in this HOTEL. I Had a terrible night' sleep and it really affected my visit. I also had a deposit money but they receptionist forgot to return it. Restaurant waa bad and AND EXCEPTIONAL FOR FENDY with his excellent services AS BARISTA. He has gone beyond and above and served our coffee and drop to our table. The staff "SUBI" was rude and and horrible. We reserved 10 persons for dinner and it waa nightmare. The service was slow and sloppy. Oh GOD! Seem this hotel can not RESPECT A GUEST/ VVIP who booked out the PRESIDENTIAL SUITE!

Towels are too old and smells like they haven't been washed. They also don't provide extra towels if you needed any. I've never been denied extra towels anywhere but here…
Soap dispensers in the shower were broken. The kettle for hot water was also broken.
Staff was generally pleasant until I realized they weren't really listening and interjected us mid-sentence.
Would much rather stay at the hotels near Mount Bromo, just a little more expensive but much better service and closer to nature.

This is the 3rd time staying in this hotel during family road trip. Best choice road trip Jakarta — Bali and stay overnight in Probolinggo, Service was OK, room was spacious (family room type, 1 bunkbed+double bed), breakfast was OK even mostly Indonesian. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is travel to Proboinggo.

This was our 2nd time stay at this hotel. Nice hotel for transit or short trip, with Parking area in the ground level and large and spacious lobby area. The location in the city, easy access to anywhere. The room clean and simple with small window. But for the breakfast they serve many option and the taste is good.
