Even though the mountains have abundant water sources, this villa can experience water shortages. The heater wouldn't work, and even the cold tap wouldn't work in the morning, even though I needed a shower for the morning routine. It was so bad, there weren't even refillable drinking water gallons provided. The blankets and sheets didn't smell washed, as if they'd been used for a long time, and it was unclear how many guests had used them. It smelled musty.
➜ The interior of the room is okay, but the water flow is not strong enough so if you want to take a shower you have to fill it up first because you can't get up to the shower.

The rooms are clean and bright, the service is fast and friendly. There are lots of fun activities for the kids, too. The food in the restaurant is a bit lacking in freshness, but I'll definitely be back for another amazing experience :)
