BJ Perdana Hotel

The hotel offers spacious car parking on-site. For motorcycles, spaces are provided both in front of the entrance (specifically for pool and gym visitors) and inside the premises for guests and staff.

Most guests describe the staff as very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, with special praise for the security guards and housekeeping team, who work quickly and efficiently. However, there are some negative reviews: certain guests experienced discourtesy from the front desk staff (such as a phone call being hung up) and in the restaurant. It is also mentioned that some breakfast staff lack initiative in informing guests about the dishes.

Upon check-in, the hotel requests a deposit of 100,000 rupiah in case of key loss, which is refunded at check-out. Guests criticize the payment system, noting that both the deposit and restaurant bills are accepted in cash only. The lack of modern cashless payment methods, such as QRIS, causes dissatisfaction among visitors, especially those arriving from Jakarta or Surabaya.

Breakfast at BJ Perdana Hotel is rated very highly and is considered one of its main advantages. Guests note a wide selection of dishes, including desserts, fried rice, soup, noodles, fried chicken, and scrambled eggs, with food being constantly replenished. The menu is described as hearty, delicious, and varied, suitable for both families and business travelers.

The rooms are generally clean, tidy, and smell fresh, but the interior and furniture are quite outdated and have a 2000s aesthetic. Guests note signs of wear and tear, such as peeling paint on walls and doors, missing chairs at work desks, and in one case, a pulled-out wall socket. Beds are described as very soft and comfortable. Some guests feel that given the current price point, the rooms are in need of a major renovation and modernization.

The air conditioners in most rooms work well, providing pleasant coolness, although in some cases they are not powerful enough. However, a major issue is the hot water in the shower: guests frequently complain that the hot water pressure is weak, it takes a long time to heat up, or it is unstable.

The rooms feature basic amenities including an electric kettle, bottled water, tea, coffee, a refrigerator, Wi-Fi, and a full set of toiletries (soap, toothbrush, towels). However, some guests noted the absence of hotel slippers. It is also mentioned that some rooms have a balcony, although the view from it may be ordinary.

The hotel offers a wide range of facilities: a swimming pool, a gym, a billiards area, and a multi-purpose function room for events. The pool is rated as a good place to relax after a workday, although one guest considered it small. The hotel also features a restaurant with quality cuisine, where ordering the cheese singkong and toast is particularly recommended.
