Reviews regarding the staff are mixed. Some guests note that the employees are polite and that check-in and check-out times can be flexible upon polite request. However, others report poor service and a lack of professional management, noting that the front desk is often staffed by trainees who may leave their post unattended. Guests also mention the absence of an active contact phone number.

There are numerous serious issues reported in this area. Guests have noted price discrepancies between booking apps (Traveloka, Agoda, Oyo) and the hotel's actual rates, with price differences reaching up to 80–100%. There have been instances where booked and pre-paid rooms were unavailable, and the hotel refused check-in, citing terminated partnerships with booking platforms or rate differences.

Rooms are described as new, spacious, and family-friendly. However, there are notable shortcomings with the amenities: guests have reported malfunctioning TVs, broken bathroom faucets and handles, as well as a lack of tissues, wardrobes, and coffee makers. While the air conditioning units in some rooms are new, they do not cool the space adequately.

According to guests, there is no Wi-Fi available at the hotel. Feedback on cleanliness is mixed: while some find the rooms clean and tidy, others complain of dirt, footprints on the floors, and a lack of regular housekeeping. It is also mentioned that staff members may enter rooms wearing outdoor footwear, and construction debris may accumulate near the building.

The hotel does not have an elevator to reach the upper floors. On the second floor, there is a spacious hall (auditorium) that can accommodate around 400 people; however, it can become hot and stuffy during large gatherings despite the presence of air conditioners and fans.
