I stayed for 2 nights from 30 Nov to 2 Dec. Since the price was quite affordable, I didn’t expect much. But surprisingly, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was also quite good, clean, and served warm.
However, there were several issues. The hot water in my room didn’t work at all, and out of the 3 rooms I booked for my family, 2 had the same problem. There’s also no elevator since the building is only two stories, which makes it a bit challenging if you’re carrying large suitcases. But this is okay tho.
The most disappointing part of the stay was being charged for a missing hanger. Even though we explained and tried to prove that we didn’t take anything, the charge was still applied. It wasn’t about the money because it was only IDR 35K. But the experience felt ruined because it became a matter of trust.
Unfortunately, because of this experience, I don’t think I would stay here again. I wish the business the best, but my stay was quite disappointing overall.
