The best hotel in town.
From the moment I stopped in driveway, the doorman open the door and helped my heavy luggage. The warmth smile and friendliness from front desks are welcoming. Housekeeping service is very clean. A quick response for towels and extra pillow request.

The receptionist was very friendly. She offered me a room upgrade. Really enjoyed it!
Pros: there's a private balcony and a coffee maker. The room was quite clean.
Cons: a space for smokers near the lobby? It's inconvenient for me. No hand soap on the washbasin.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. What I loved most was the location it’s strategically situated between two shopping malls, which made it super convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring the area.
The highlight of my experience was definitely the front desk staff — ms tika receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond by giving me plenty of helpful recommendations on local attractions and places to visit, which really made my trip more enjoyable, sadly they dont have pool in this hotel.
But anyways I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.
