Others note a lack of friendliness, pointing out that the young staff at the reception are not entirely respectful toward guests, and housekeeping staff may be distracted by their phones while working.

One guest expressed strong disappointment with the hotel's policy regarding flexibility. When attempting to get a refund for a booking made less than 24 hours before check-in, the refund request was denied. Additionally, the administration did not offer an alternative option such as a room upgrade, which was perceived as a lack of customer focus.

The hotel does not offer breakfast packages, and there is no on-site restaurant, so guests must go out for meals. Some guests noted that given the price of around 370,000 per night, the lack of breakfast is a downside.

Additionally, one visitor noted that the floor becomes very slippery after leaving the bathroom, as if it were covered in oil.

The air conditioners in the hotel work very efficiently, maintaining a pleasant coolness in the rooms. However, some guests complain that the AC cools too much, and the thin blankets do not protect from the cold.

The rooms feature a Smart TV with YouTube access (one guest noted the absence of Netflix), a water heater in the bathroom, and a full set of hygiene amenities: soap, shampoo, a toothbrush, and a comb. However, the room lacks a refrigerator and glasses for toothbrushing, and slippers are not provided. Room keys remain standard mechanical keys.

The hotel does not have an elevator; therefore, guests must walk up to the second and third floors.
