The hotel has a fairly spacious parking area, which guests rate as one of the best among guest houses in Lumajang. However, there are a few remarks: motorcycles are parked in the open without a canopy, meaning they can get wet in the rain. Additionally, one guest suggested replacing the mango trees in the parking lot, as their sap can damage a car's paintwork.

Most guests describe the staff as very friendly, welcoming, and ready to help quickly. However, there are some sharply negative reviews: one guest encountered rudeness from employees during check-in, accusations of smoking in the room, and disputes regarding room capacity. It is also mentioned that the on-site staff may not be fully informed about booking rules.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a television (Smart TV in some models), a kettle, a tea and coffee making set, mineral water, towels, soap, and toothbrushes. Some guests complained about the lack of toilet paper and liquid soap in the bathroom. The absence of slippers was also noted, which may be inconvenient as the bathroom floor is very slippery.

Most guests are delighted with the cleanliness, noting that the rooms are very clean, tidy, and smell pleasant. The beds are described as soft and comfortable, and the interior design as simple yet modern. At the same time, there were complaints about poor soundproofing between adjacent rooms and one instance of small black worms being found on the bathroom floor.

The hotel provides hot water; however, some rooms are noted to have very weak water pressure in the shower. Regarding the air conditioning, opinions are divided: some guests are satisfied with the coolness, while others complained that the AC worked very weakly even at the minimum temperature setting (16 degrees), leaving the room hot.

The hotel provides laundry services at a price of 8,000 per kg and scooter rentals, although the rental cost for a small scooter (125) seemed too expensive to one guest. Additionally, the staff can provide recommendations for finding good places to eat in the city.
