Opinions on the Wi-Fi are divided: some guests confirm that the internet worked properly, while another claims there is no connection throughout the property. Soundproofing in the bungalows is poor, as the walls are made of bamboo. Consequently, neighbors' conversations can be heard, and light from street lamps may penetrate the room and disturb sleep.

The rooms are modest bamboo huts with simple interiors. Some rooms have blackout curtains; however, the bamboo construction has many gaps through which insects may enter. Guests mention the availability of a hairdryer, slippers, and a kettle. Drawbacks mentioned include bathrooms that are too small and unattractive, as well as insufficient insulation: during the cold season, a thin plaid instead of a duvet proves to be inadequate.

The windows offer a stunning view of the rice fields and the Ijen volcano, which is one of the main advantages of the location. Guests describe this view as magnificent and inspiring, especially in the mornings.

The rooms do not have air conditioning; cooling is provided by the cool mountain air and fans, which sometimes need to be requested at the reception. One guest noted that it can become too stuffy in the room during the day and suggested the installation of an exhaust fan.

There is a small, pleasant swimming pool on the hotel grounds, which guests rate positively.
