We stayed 1 night here and had a great time! the surroundings are beautiful and we got a tour to the rice terraces, which was very interesting. The people are very gentle and friendly 🥰

Dani the owner made my short stay at Pesona really special. I had the privilege of visiting the rice paddies with him, coming from Bali just yesterday, I can say that the ones here where just as beautiful: with canals, waterfals, and terraces. Also it offered a more authentic experience, when visitng in the afternoon we were the only 2 people in the whole fields!
Also got a glimpse of his giant coffee plants, which are processed by his dad to make the most fresh zero km coffee you can drink in Java. Also took pictures of me and even made a video edit!
The food at the homestay was comforting and brought to the table outside of my room, where I could enjoy it while reading my book.
Last but not least, the bed was comfy and the shower had decent pressure and hot watter (the temp was easily regulated, which was an issue in all mynprevious stays)
Definitely a 10/10 if you're looking for a rural yet convenient place to stay for your visit to Ijen.
