As this is a Sharia guest house, the administration may request a marriage certificate or a family card (KK), even if guests have arrived with children and share the same address in their passports, which has led to disputes and conflicts.

Guests are strongly recommended to carry cash. Reviews mention an instance where a guest was unable to pay for their stay using a debit card or the DANA application, as the hotel only accepts cash.

Drinking water is provided in the rooms, but the quantity is limited: some guests received two bottles, others only one medium-sized bottle. Regarding toiletries, towels (between 1 and 2 pieces depending on the room) and liquid soap are available. However, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes or toothpaste.

There is no Wi-Fi in the hotel, which creates difficulties for those who need to work from their room. Guests also complain about a lack of power outlets: they are located only near the television and the bedside lamp, with no outlets near the bed; therefore, it is recommended to bring an extension cord.

The rooms are rated as clean, tidy, and free of damp smells. The queen-size beds are considered comfortable and not sagging, provided with two pillows and one blanket. The rooms are bright, equipped with nightlights, and the wardrobes include a mirror and several hangers.

Generally, the rooms are clean and neat. However, in the bathrooms, guests have encountered an unpleasant smell from the water when first turned on and the presence of cockroaches under the bucket. It is also noted that there are no trash bins directly in the rooms (they are located outside).

Opinions on the air conditioning are divided. Some guests are satisfied that the room is cool, while others complain that the AC takes too long to cool the space or barely works due to dirty filters that release dust.

The bathrooms are equipped with toilets and are kept clean. As for the drawbacks, guests note the lack of hot water, the absence of hooks or holders for belongings, and the suboptimal condition of the shower heads.
