Guest opinions regarding the staff are mixed. Many note that the employees are welcoming, friendly, attentive, and react quickly to requests, including when adding rooms. However, there are complaints about a slow check-in process due to the lack of a digital accounting system (logs are kept in books) and the indifference of some employees who did not investigate a drainage issue in the bathroom, simply stating that everything was fine.

The quality of the breakfasts is rated differently. Some guests were satisfied, mentioning tasty food, fruit, and beef dishes. Others were disappointed, reporting that instead of a full breakfast, they were only offered toast and a condensed milk drink with warm water.

Rooms are provided with two bottles of mineral water and an electric kettle. Guests are also offered a welcome drink in the form of a tea bag; however, one guest noted that the tea was not in an individual sachet.

The condition of the rooms has drawn serious criticism from some guests. Mention is made of dusty tables and chairs on the terrace, old cigarette butts in ashtrays, and damaged floor tiles, which can make walking barefoot dangerous. Some guests praise the room design and the overall atmosphere as cozy and cool, while others complain about worn-out furniture and general neglect.

Reviews regarding cleanliness are highly contradictory. A number of guests state that the rooms and toilets are very clean. At the same time, others describe appalling conditions: dust everywhere, rust, brown deposits in the bathtub, and the presence of spiders and even cockroaches in the tub. It was also mentioned that in some cases, staff attempted to "mask" the smell of the room with spray before check-in.

The air conditioners generally work well and keep the rooms cool. The plumbing situation is inconsistent: some guests are satisfied with the hot water and strong shower pressure, while others report a total lack of water supply, non-functional hot water, clogged toilets, and slow drainage in the bathtub. Broken or rusty faucet and shower handles were also noted.

Rooms are provided with towels, a small bar of soap, as well as liquid soap and shampoo. In some cases, toothbrushes are provided; however, one guest noted that the brush was without packaging and may have been used. Slippers are not provided in the rooms.

The hotel is described as a quiet place with a beautiful view, suitable for a stopover during travel or for hosting school events. However, please keep in mind that this is a Sharia-compliant hotel, so couples may be required to present a marriage certificate upon check-in. The property's location is described as quiet and remote from the city center.
