Check in at midnight the staff was very friendly, helpful and the room is quite good according to the price I got 100k per night. Very strategic location to walk from Ketapang station 5 minutes and 2 minutes to the harbour. Excellent, close to a mini market so no need to worry if hungry at midnight. The location is next to the mosque. Suggestions bring your own toiletries because there is no soap, shampoo or bath towels provided.
Not recommended. We arrived at 8pm and the room was not ready (?! ). We were then put in another "hotel" in a tiny room. No towels, no toilet paper, no hot water. Definitely not what we booked and really disappointing.

The room is okay. The customer service is very nice too. Apparently the time I came, they had issues with hot water so they were very apologetic. Other than that, I loved the place.
