The room was clean. The air conditioning leaked, but the repairman fixed it immediately. The biggest problem is the service at the pool and restaurant. I don't know how it is considered a resort: I went to breakfast at 9am and the buffet didn't have much food left with no plans to replenish it. Note that breakfast is served until 10am. The pool is big and the water appears clean, however the table I was at 22 was filthy with dirt. Also, there were no towels for the pool. We wanted drinks and had to walk to the restaurant some 30 meters away to scan an online QR code for a menu, why the QR code for the menu is not on each table is unknown. Then you are required to walk all the way back to the restaurant to place your order, no online ordering?
