Fantastic Stay! The staff here are excellent! I want to special mention the excellent chefs and baristas there! The food quality and choice is premium and the coffee (espresso) is the best I have had in any country!
This is a fantastic place if you have kids! There is a well kept petting zoo on the top floor and an area where kids can drive go-karts and really have fun!
The pool is very clean and well kept and there are two depths allowing kids to have a safer experience whilst still providing a deep enough area for adults to enjoy!
Anyone concerned about animal welfare or clean sheets should stay away from this place. The sheets were old and had many stains that accumulated and can’t be washed. Their „zoo“ is an horror for all animals that are held there.

Exceed expectation, I thought hotel pricing in Jember is lower than this :-). That's okay, the hotel meet my expectation: cleanliness, services, facility is suits me, pool is well maintained, fitness equipment is updated, breakfast is good (they can make the right omelet). Coffee shop served good coffee and good prices as well as the food. Dana the waitress is very helpful. Avita and Vidya the receptionist are very friendly and helpful. The driver who pick up us from the train station is also helpful.
This hotel provides self service laundry… I love this!
